I recently had an issue with my pellet stove. The stove was in the house when I bought it five years ago and I had no idea where the original owners purchased the stove from. I found Allphase online and called for a service appointment. Matt came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem as a bad auger motor and promptly replaced it. I am very happy with the professionalism and service I received and will be using Allphase for service appointments and any issues I have with the stove moving forward. Thank you Matt for all of your help!

We recently had our chimney cap blow off due to some high wind in the area. After calling multiple companies and getting quotes, Allphase was by far the best experience even before they came out. Matt in Cobleskill was able to save us a trip and installed a new cap on his visit. He went above and beyond any expectations and even took the time to sweep out the chimney. We cannot say enough great things about the service we were given and we will continue to only use Allphase in the future. 10/5 stars Matt thank you so much

Fantastic company to deal with. The office manager really helped picking out the correct stove for my home. And the gentleman that came to install it was absolutely incredible. It took him under 2 hours to install the stove. That includes taking out an old woodstove. Took the time to go over everything with me and showed me how to use the stove and maintain it. **under new ownership 2023**Can’t thank Matt enough for all he did for me when I told him my pool pump didn’t kick out enough power to circulate and vacuum. Not only did he inspect it, but he went through the trouble of connecting it to his own pool he has on site. He went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problem. Wanted to update/replace our pellet stove. Was surprised to see that Thomas had retired (we wish he and Dawn all the best). I was nervous at first walking in showroom, then we saw Matt and Coles, breathing a sigh of relief. They successfully removed a cast iron fire insert that had a brick chimney built around it. Not an easy task, but they didn't give up. The new propane insert is perfect and so easy to use. Very professional crew, and they took the time to explain all the features of our new insert. Would highly recommend TAS Hearth and Patio.

Thomas and his crew just installed a small wood stove and chimney in my house. It was a difficult job and they did fantastic work at a very good price. His install technicians were professional, cleaned up after themselves, and even taught me how to use my stove. Very impressed overall, will certainly use them when we decide to get a hot tub as well!

Recently had Hot Tub and a Hearth installed. Thomas and Matt {ok Thomas was slightly better than Matt who left his candy wrappers on my kitchen counter :) } were fantastic. I came into purchase some cleaning chemicals for my pool. As I entered, I met a very welcoming woman who helped me find exactly what I needed to get my pool up and running. Speaking to her a little bit she informed me that they are the new company who has purchased the store known as Allphase and that they also do Masonary and chimney work. I have come into the store plenty of times and never have I felt comfortable purchasing what I need for my pool because I was made to feel unwelcome as if I was bothering them by giving them my money, but this time was a complete change the atmosphere was so different it was inviting, friendly and professional and most of all my concerns were really taken seriously and they were cared about!! I’ll definitely be back for all my pool supplies and pass the word about the new business in town. Thank you Carriann and welcome Allphase.

Thomas has been so helpful as well as accommodating . We had a wood stove installed which was purchased in his cobleskill store. His installers were extremely professional, neat, organized and on time. We ran into a small issue during installation as the walls in my house were thicker than originally expected. Yet Thomas and his installers did everything possible to make sure the right items were ordered and installed ! Thomas even came out to make sure the install was completed as agreed!
