I've purchased 7 vehicles vehicles from this place. I've had issues with every one. I kept going back giving the benefit of the doubt. After I got an oil change in the 2021 Roush f150 and it started knocking because they didn't put any oil back in it I stopped going there. I've been ripped off too many times by this place.

Kris is insecure, incompetent, and very much not customer friendly. He talks down to staff on the daily, dresses very unprofessional, never able to act like a manager and take care of issues, has little knowledge really of how to manage people. Kris should never have been in his position only looking good because of the success of his employees.

Had oil change done 12/26/2020 n my 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Drove it home and smelt oil. Thought "maybe got some oil on the motor ! I'll burn off.." Well ---- ONE week later 01/02/2021, 480 + miles …. I could STILL smell oil.. I asked my husband to check my oil , while I took his Heavy Duty Ford 250 over for a oil change. Come to find out, I drove my car for a complete week, without an oil cap on !!! My ENGINE and UNDER CARRIAGE are covered with oil !!! It took 2.5 quarts of oil to register on the dipstick !!!! Husband will be the one EVERYONE will deal with, NOT me .. Tammy and Wayne Angus

Kyle Swan Sales Person for Autosaver Ford was very friendly and very informative about the Ford Flex We where buying. The Whole Staff gave Us small town friendliness compare to larger city dealership impersonal purchasing experience. They allowed Us to take about a 15 mile test drive while not chaperoning us on the drive. Autosaver Ford did not use 3rd party registration service to transfer the registration from Our trade in, that save Us about $300. because We lived out of State. Again it was a very purchasing experience, that I highly recommend.
