Fast, professional service. They greeted us, explained everything that was going to happen, took the time to explain how to work the new thermostat, kill the power to the furnace and how and when to replace the new filter. The ran new electrical and increased my air intake to correct the error from the last company that made it too small. I couldn’t be happier with the entire install. We had an excellent customer experience with the Breathe Easy team. Our boiler was 50+ years old so we’ve worked with many members of the team from annual cleaning to repairs to even a full replacement and installation. Adam, Don, and Sam, were all incredibly respectful, informative, and easy to work with as we navigated our boiler needs. They take customer service seriously and were even on call when we had unplanned issues at night/on the weekend. I would recommend the Breathe Easy team to anyone.

Anthony was professional, efficient, very knowledgeable and offered information on how to keep furnace in optimal condition.He showed me to change the filter, I only need to remove the bottom panel and recommend checking the furnace filter every 30 -60 days. This customer would highly recommend Anthony and the Breathe Easy business. They install AC unit in my former home and installed heat pump for my current home.

Much better pricing than a lot of the big companies in the area and they even helped with a rebate that National Grid was offering. Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with the service we received from all the folks we had contact with at Breathe Easy. Ryan and Bruce are the technicians who installed our furnace! They arrived on time, worked very carefully ,but efficiently. And now we have heat!! I wish our grandkids cleaned up after themselves as good as Ryan and Bruce did! They answered any questions we had! The service person who came the day before, whose name I don't remember, also gets an A+ from us, as do the gals we talked with on the phone!

Andrew (I believe that is his name) was really professsional and courteous. He introduced himself to both me and my wife, he got to work and really cleaned our ductless system and our furnace. The amount of dust he got from our devices was really amazing to me. He was very thorough, and quite honestly, gave us the best service we've had so far with the cleaning. He took his time, checked both the inside and outside. He answered our questions and just is an amazing professional. Please let him know how much we appreciate what he gave for us. It was an expensive service but worth every penny!

I would like to thank all the technicians who installed my heat pump system and heat pump hot water tank. They were very friendly and had a great deal of knowledge of the systems they installed. The installation looks very professional and blends well with the exterior of my house. They answered all questions I had and had a great attitude while here for the whole week of installation. They also offered and fixed the flashing on the peak of my roof that had blown off during a wind storm. They also cleaned up after every day here and were on time every day. I waited a week to leave my review because I wanted to see my system at work. It works as good as they said it would. I am more than satisfied. When you don't have any heat and it is 25 degrees out it can be uncomfortable to say the least. I called the emergency number for Breathe Easy and got quick action. Breathe Easy called me back in a reasonable amount of time and assigned a technician. Ryan looked things over and determined that my tank was empty, ironic as they just filled them a week ago, but he was correct, and the propane company was at fault, guess they pumped it into the air. Now if it was just as easy to get action from them as it was through Breathe Easy, kudos to Breathe Easy and Ryan and a minus star to xxxxx propane.

I had a very good experience using Breathe Easy of CNY, Inc. for a furnace installation. I was under a tremendous amount of time constraint and pressure, but the entire staff made this a very easy process. I discovered that my furnace was not working properly and when I made the phone call over a weekend, on a Sunday afternoon, I received a return phone call within 5 minutes. Everyone, and I mean every one that I spoke to was very nice and professional, even when I was the one who was stressed out and extremely anxious about the situation. All of the staff members that I spoke with were fantastic! The service techs, Ryan and Bruce, came earlier than promised and were very nice. The working conditions were not ideal, as Ryan and Bruce had to work in a tight space, but they got the job done! I am happy with the fantastic service and I have already recommended Breathe Easy of CNY, Inc. to people. Breathe Easy has been taking care of us since 2008. We can't say enough good about them. Great family that treats you like one of their own. We appreciate Herb's expertise and recommendations. We just moved to a new home and the AC decided it wasn't going to work. We had a new AC system installed by them. Dan and Sam (the installers) showed up on time, smiling, and ready to work. They were professional, polite, and extremely knowledegable. They showed us things that needed to be corrected in the system and took care of the issues. They also let us know what they were doing throughout the install. Dan and Sam certainly got their miles in between our basement and the outside unit. After the recent flooding in our area, we lost both our boiler and hot water tank. Adam came out to service the units and recommended replacement, as the damage was too great.Adam and Dylan walked me through my options and we settled on a combination unit replacement. On the first day of our install Adam returned with Dan and Sum and over the course of 2 days they installed our new system.
