Re: the company response -You can say what you wish, however the information you are replying with is false. He indicates 40+ years in business... yet is literally unable to resolve a problem that his people caused. Sad actually...Original comment:I brought my truck in to have all the brakes changed. I was billed for 9 hours of labor for one thing. Secondly when I picked the truck up and started driving for a day or two it didn't feel right. long story short, they didn't put the mounting bolt in on the caliper and it cause total brake failure, property damage and destroyed the tire and the rim completely. I have asked for a refund as this cost me a weeks worth of money because its a business truck. They used to be good, I don't know what's happened. Rude, elevated voices. I would discourage your going there. The kid that did my truck told me flat out that that he did the job, and he didn't put the bolt in because there was no locktite ... so he thought it wouldn't hurt anything. Excellent Wrecker Service! I was stuck in the snow at an unplowed Amish driveway/milkhouse with a freightliner truck. Terry Groff showed up in record time with a magnificent wrecker and a smile! I cannot thank you and your helper more for keeping me on schedule and making my employer happy as hell!!!! The snow falls but the milk still gets picked up thanks to this wonderful crew out of Copenhagen ny! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!

I called Terry at the crack of dawn for a tow from Lowville to Watertown. He answered right away and was to my location within 20 minutes(if that). He was extremely nice and very knowledgeable on what happened to my vehicle. On the way to Watertown, we talked over payment options and he was very accommodating. He is such a friendly gentleman, and really cares about his customers whether they be someone he's seen before or brand new. I would gladly use him again, and have recommended him since using him!

These guys were so nice! Late October and they were the only shop willing to send someone to help us get our camper slide in when it malfunctioned! Will use them again if the need arises, and will definitely recommend them!

Couldn't get my truck to start, used their road service to tow me from north of Watertown, diagnosed that starter was shot, fixed so they could get me to their shop, new starter installed within a couple of hours, saved me from going to Freightliner to wait a day or 2 to fix, friendly & professional service, need more services like this for customers

Private 4.2 mile heavy tow ,no driveshaft removal ,no air hookup .$600 and that was only if I paid cash .I do air if work in upstate New York BD would never recommend these guys. $600 was double what all three his competitors wanted for the same call.
