Huge selection of sizes. I was able to measure the size of my fixture and match it very closely to one of their standard sizes. Shipping was prompt, but expensive, and the new lens fit perfectly on my fixture. I looked for days and could not find a suitable lens anywhere else.

Outstanding customer service and great product. The incorrect item was shipped and the customer service service representative apologized and sent the correct item via FEDEX overnight delivery at no additional charge. I would definitely recommend them.

I needed to return an item and contacted customer support. They would not allow returns because it was “custom”…. at the bottom of two pages of scrolling did it say no returns. In all my online ordering when you make a purchase that is non-returnable. it says it on the top of the page, upon checkout… some have even made you click a checkbox ensuring you understand. I take some responsibility for not taking time to read two pages of description… but it is just shady business practices to not make it clear and concise. I would not have ordered a $100 worth of product. i would have ordered one item to test it first. Def don’t recommend.

It is difficult to find replacements for under cabinet light fixture covers. 1800ceiling has a kit with many different sizes so you can test them and figure out what works. The kit is $5 but they refund that amount to you if you buy something else. They had a size that worked for my fixture. I received my replacement pieces and they were very well packed so they wouldn't break in shipping. The covers were a bit less flexible than my original covers so I needed to flex them a bit before inserting in the slot. I also had to use screwdriver to create a shim as the pieces barely fit. I wish I had ordered a faction of an inch less in length but viola, they fit. Really fast and good customer service from this company as well

The items would have been what I needed but the wouldn’t fit between the ribs on the R-Panels. This is no fault of anyone but myself for not verifying the width I had available. The items sent were good quality and shipping time was good.

A bit disappointed that it showed up with the corners cracked through because it was just loose in the box with no packing material, but it fits over the vent as described and has remained stable in the past week or so it has been installed. Since I had to use duct tape to fix the corners, I don't know that it will be a long term solution but is currently working as designed.

Purchased their 2x2 Acrylic Drop Lens for our 40 year old custom home's kitchen ceiling light box. These replacement Lens are extremely hard to find these days, especially with the ability to customize their overall dimensions.The product quality is excellent and their packaging made it impossible for UPS to damage the items during transit.Would highly recomend this product and company to anyone.
