Hired this company last fall to install new roofing on a home that I’ve lived in for 3 years now. Immediately following the installation, I noticed all of my gutter guards were removed and were not replaced. Additionally, my roof has sprung several new leaks, which has resulted in water dumping into the upstairs of my house this entire winter season. I have called them several times and each time they have lacked both acknowledgment of the issues that have come up since they have done work on my house as well as the appropriate accountability. Now I have to find another company to repair the damage that they did to my roof and pay additional money to repair the interior damages on my house as well. I highly implore folks to stay away from this company.

We have lived in our mid-century home for thirty years and have used Ferro three times on this house and others. we always come back to them. They re not the cheapest, but always the best. WE worked with David Spaulding and he came and assessed our job and gave us a very accurate quote for a job which in the end solved a great number of problems for us on our flat roof section of ur MCM home. We booked in the fall for a spring job and they came and made sure our roof could get us through the winter. They arrived to start the job and had a full crew here for four days and then were done. Communication with David was excellent, beyond ordinary actually. Frankly, I am suspicious of the negative reviews this firm gets, because I think roofing in this region is really tough. They ahem won my total loyalty over every job they have done for us. Thank you to Ferro Roofing for being so good at what you do.

Horrible communication--when our workers showed up, they were unmasked in the middle of the pandemic and, despite a clear request regarding a roof leak, they refused to examine the issue or communicate with us, because (after 2 days of 40-degree weather) ice dams had melted. When I called to communicate with a supervisor, he was defensive, and unwilling to help. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
