I custom ordered a Ford Expedition when they were released. Although it took awhile for it to be built due to supply chain issues, Jason was incredibly helpful and had great communication with me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and update requests on the status extremely quick. I could not be happier with not only my car but the service at Dannemora Ford. It was a flawless order, communication and easy delivery right to me. Thank you dannemora ford for helping me get the car of my dreams! I will be a forever loyal customer!

I scheduled a repair appointment for my 2000 Ford Mustang GT because the air conditioning was not working. Dropped off the car on Wednesday for a Thursday appointment. After diagnosis, the service department called to say the compressor needed to be replaced. I authorized the repair and they said should be done by Friday. Since the car is not a daily driver, used for car shows and parades, I wasn’t concerned about that time frame. By Friday I called for status and was told the compressor was installed but not getting sufficient power. This continued through Wednesday when I was finally told they tracked down a bad power supply wire and a burnt connector. There was no dealer communication unless I initiated it. The vehicle was finally finished and picked up on Thursday afternoon. The A/C works great but I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and I was told the technician working on the car wasn’t able to diagnose the problem as it was “above his pay grade.” That statement exudes confidence. When I arrived home, I found the driver side floor mat was absolutely filthy (see below). It took two scrubbings to finally remove the shop dirt left on these special ordered floor mats. I will never used this Ford dealer for any repair or preventative maintenance. They were given one star because they don’t allow for a zero or negative star rating.

Worse place ever, doesn'tdeserveeven one star! Bought a car which had issues that they tried to hide. They said that they would fix the issues for free, however, it never has been fixed. The car had a number of issues popping up in less than one year and they refused to fix. They would make excuses after excuses. When I did have an appointment, i would call to confirm the appointment the night before and when i showed up to the appointment (taking time off from work) they would cancel on me due to being sick. That happened to me three times. Another time, they canceled on me because they were still waiting for a part and said they'd call me back. They never honor the "call back" you have to chase them and they were just rude. Please save yourself the hassle and stay away from here, I'm still paying for it and now looking for another car in less than a year.

I purchased a pre-owned 2016 in March of this year (2019).My salesman (Mike Dubrey) was very honest and professional when I was looking at vehicles and considering which one to move forward with. He was also very helpful and honest when I asked numerous questions about the car buying process.I am a first time buyer with young credit, but Mike and Dannemora Ford helped me through every step to get into a reliable vehicle.Overall, my experience was very positive.When the time comes, I will be a return customer!

This would be the second time I have went back to Dannemora Ford to purchase a vehicle. Jason sales manager is so personable and helpful!I wanted a very specific 2018 Ford Explorer he did research to find exactly what I wanted and showed the different options that fit my budget via lease or buy. Dishonest dealer that can't get their service department together. They have fired most of their service department because they didn't do their jobs right. They neglected to tell me about service needed nor completed requested service resulting in more costly repairs needed down the road. They are everything you do not want in a service department. Then when its found out and they confirm they didn't do their job last time they still do nothing to address it. Instead telling you if you don't like it to go somewhere else. I will. Thank you. Avoid.

I recommend Dannemora ford for you next vehicle purchase. Jason Sample, sales representative, is very knowledge, friendly and not pushy. He listens to what you want and trys his best to get you into what you want. He treats you like family and not like a a dollar sign$. I would not go any place else.

I recently bought a pre-owned 2014 Ford Escape in July. I have had so much trouble with past cars and unfortunately have horrible credit. Michael Dubrey was the guy who sold me the car and he was amazing. He really pulled through for me and some how managed to get me approved for a loan to get this car. The service and the security that I get from Dannemora Ford is amazing and I highly recommend talking to Michael Dubrey.

They will lie to you and not acknowledge they did wrong. When you ask to talk to the owner about the problem they will give you the run around. They will take your money and screw you over. The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. You pay over $1000 and get told sorry. They don't honor there warranty or give you the run around.

I just want to say Carl the service manager is great. I was 400 miles from home and had a light come on on my truck. No one else in the area would just take me in and put it on the diag. Machine. Which would only take abouy 10 min. Carl on the other hand told me to bring it in and he put on the diag. Machine himself. Now thats what i call customer service. Thank God the light was nothing and Carl reset the computer for me. Carl thank you again if i ever get in trouble again up there you will be tge first person i will call.

I bought a vehicle from them on 01/27/17. It was blowing cold air when I test drove it. When I went on the 27th it still has the same problem. They scheduled a appointment for me to come back. Within a week of purchase it over heated. This set up that every 2 months it would over heat. Every time I took it in they said it was air bound and passed the test. So it was last there June 15th and again in August it started acting up. The tell tale was the blower fan Kicking on. So when that happens I put in coolant which was every week. This past week the blower fan was Kicking on and it was reading over heating. But the over flow tank was full of coolant. Same problem as the other 3 times I took it in. I called to report the problem. I was told that it has been too long since it was in. They will diagnosis it for free but labor of repairs is on me. It should have been properly fixed one of the other 3 times it was in the shop for the same problem. Stay far away from this place. Now I have a vehicle for about 4 more years that I owe to much on that I may have to replace the motor in.

Today I had a flat tire on a delivery truck. We used our Ford roadside assistance and we were towed here. I wish we wouldnt have been, a Tire cost $232(which the same tire here where we operate out of is $90) then charged us over two hours of labor to mount and balance a tire. This cost us $420 for one tire. If you want to me taken advantage of, this is the place to go.
