This place is bizarre. Absolutely no customer service. Nobody tries to help you with anything. If you ask for help they seem annoyed. I don’t know why I have bothered coming back. It’s always the same experience. I guess I’m just used to the friendly folks at R.K. Miles.

I live here and like to use local businesses when possible. Bought wood from Curtis Delhi, had it loaded before I had a chance to look at it. Absolute garbage, they picked the worst wood from the stack. (see photo for a sample, all about this bad or a little worse)Now I'll go to Home Depot, it's dry and I get to pick the wood myself.

Not a single customer in the store and 3 guys sitting around but they still couldn’t be bothered to help me. It’s a small lumber yard with worse customer service than Home Depot.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good prices and best of all good quality lumber. Been going there for over 3 years and its truly the best in the region. Blows Home Depot and Lowe's out the water!
