I could not have gotten better service anywhere else. I had a difficult system under driveway that needed to be inspected and I called around and nobody would come out and look at the property for me. These guys walked me step by step through the process of getting a septic system inspected and charged a more than fair price. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work, and I will absolutely be using them in the future.

We called A1 after we had some issues with our toilets not properly flushing after a shower and figured we just needed our old septic system pumped out. A1 showed up on a Monday morning and found our old tank made of railroad ties and quickly found out a completely new system and tank was needed. Fast forward two days and we had a brand new tank, drywell, and all the plumbing installed complete with an above ground access port so blind digging wouldn’t be needed for future pump outs. They had their equipment back on their trucks by 2:30p that Wednesday after completing ALL the work in those 2 days. They were completely transparent with what they were doing and what was needed and completed the job like the professionals they are! We would highly recommend them to anyone who is having a septic issue, no matter how big or small. Thanks again for your quick help!

The best people you will EVER meet!!They saved my dad and I the trouble of not knowing diddily about septic systems. We just brought a house over a year ago and knew absolutely nothing about caring for the septic system and was met with the best Care and Quality of service EVER. I felt as if I knew Rebecca forever but just met her the day I called. The amount of hospitality was absolutely exquisite! She has so much knowledge and experience along with a warm and honest attitude and such a great personality which gave me so much comfort and confidence that I knew God sent the right people to our home. I called in the evening and they came out the next day and helped us tremendously with the cost even with having to do a bigger job than expected. They were ALL so kind and friendly (Jacob) and I can honestly say I have not come across any family business that operates with such professionalism with generosity and mastery at what they do! I cannot say enough good about Gene. Honest and not only about the issues I was having but his pricing was honest. I don't care what issues arise in the future even if it's for a recommendation I will call Gene first. I oversee hundreds of properties professionally. I used A1 for my personal property if and when I can I will enlist A1. Nothing was dragged out. Showed up on time, left my yard in better condition than it was. If you are looking for quality work call A1 septic. Rebecca who answered my call was awesome . Gene and Brandon replaced a whole new system for 2 separate septic tanks which was not an easy job between all the rain we had and issues that were encountered. My septic tank collapsed two weeks ago, and I called my local company who had always serviced it. We played phone tag for a handful of days, and although it collapsed, it still functioned, but I was concerned as we are entering into fall. I called another local company, and got the same results. A friend of mine gave me the number for this company, and I called. The woman on the phone was very helpful, but one of my concerns was if they would come to Amsterdam. She assured me that they would, and her son sent me a text later that evening. The next day, they came here, he inspected our system, ordered a new tank, and scheduled us for a day the following week. They came out that morning, removed the old tank, had a issue with their supplier, contacted another one, who showed right up within a few hours, they installed the tank, back filled our yard, and even though there was a difference in price on the tank, they charged us the quoted price. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs septic tank work, or replacement in a heart beat. In this day and age, it's hard to find somebody who does what they say they will do, in the time frame they say it will be done in. These people do just that. Thank you again for all that you did!!

I didn’t expect anyone to answer their phone, quite honestly, let alone be available for a service. Thank goodness I called A-1. Rebecca understood my concern immediately, called her husband on another job (I love a family business), and Gene came within a couple hours to identify the problem, pump out the tank, and get us up and running again. Today we had a very favorable experience with .A-1 Quality Septic & Drain. I called at 1:30 pm needing our residential septic tank pumped before the rain that was forecast to arrive the very next day..I explained our needs and was told they'd check w their driver(s) and call me right back. 10 minutes later I was called and their truck arrived within the hour. Family owned company that delivers quality work. I was impressed that when I called on a Sunday evening to leave a voicemail, the owner, Rebecca, answered. She was out at dinner and said they take calls in case it is urgent. Mine was not but her husband Gene came over that evening. Dry well replacement contract written within days. The day of the replacement there was great care given to not shift our patio blocks where equipment would be working. After completing installation, Gene leveled out all the dirt so that it is ready for seeding. Fantastic service! We are on a tight deadline to close on a home, and needed a septic inspection. A-1 was able to get us in quickly at a great price. Jacob showed up a bit early, and was able to check the tank and perform the necessary tests in about 35 to 45 minutes. He answered any questions I had, and recommended a tank riser to make access easier in the winter. This will be our first home with a septic tank, and we plan on using A-1 for all our tank services. Highly recommend!

Got their number from a friend who was very pleased w their service. Called them after 4 on a Friday and they were at my house within 1 1/2 hour to pump our septic. We had a problem with what we thought was a full septic tank. At the advice of our plumber we called to have this done. The owner called my husband and went over the issue with him over the phone telling him that he thought the issue was not a full septic tank and advised us to call the plumber back. We did so and he was right. Not only did he save us an unnecessary charge for a service we didn’t need, he even called back later that day to check in to see how we made out. A1 could not have been more accommodating. I called the office and left a message on a Monday evening at about 5 after noticing that the septic line was backing up. Rebecca called me back within the hour and had me on the schedule for the next day. She was very helpful on the phone and sure enough Gene showed up the next day right on time. Not only did he pump the tank out... but he cleared the blockage in the line from the house to the tank and did not charge me extra. Honest people, great service and reasonably priced. I know who I am calling when I have septic issues!!

Called A-1 Quality Septic & Drain today with a situation that was going on at my house. First was asked if Wednesday would work (called today on a Monday) but then I explained more in detail my emergency. The nice lady that schedules called her son and called be back not even 2 minutes later saying they could be to my house in no more that 1/1:30 hours.TODAY! Got my septic tank pumped.Price depends on the size of your tank but I was so happy with the price. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Number is saved in my phone and wont be calling any other company!!
