We hired Atlantic Independent Inspections for our residential roof. They are one of very few NRCIA-certified forensic inspectors in the area, and they exceeded my expectations. Having recently lost faith in the roofing company, due to their poor workmanship, I was pleasantly surprised to finally have someone reply promptly. Max, our inspector, was courteous, respectful, and diligent from beginning to end. Our appointment was timely, and we were kept apprised every step of the process. He thoroughly completed the forensic workmanship project, despite the weather adversity. The roof was examined in extreme detail, and all the issues were clearly identified with pictures and descriptions. This was a fully impartial independent evaluation which gave us an awareness and understanding of not only the roof installation problems, but also of the correct procedures that should have taken place the first time. Ultimately, I am impressed with not only the professionalism, but also with the communication ethics, the willingness to answer any further questions, and last but not least, the offer to have a discussion with the roofers themselves. I received the comprehensive report within 24 hours. Max came on time, and inspected the ceilings in the house, and then the roof, with the help of a drone. Most likely he found sources of two leaks, which is always hard to determine. Charged the price qouted without trying to sell anything else. I would highly recommend his services.
