Quad Tech is wonderful, not only do they strip the house and replace what is molding they also insulate the home as well, which is great. Never hurts cutting a heating cost lol, especially in Upsate NY, they helped plan everything out first also so I knew exactly what I was getting from materials to price. I would 110% recommend to anyone looking to have things done right on their home, plus everything was warrantied to the structure of my home

Had siding done in November 2019, made calls to the contractor to come back to fix problems with the siding. Had to wait until weather permitted in 2020. After 1 full year, contractor came out looked at the Fascia it was loose, siding had come off the house due to wind. The siding was adjusted, Fascia not touch. That was it, contractor left & said he would send someone back to repair. Now a whole section of Fascia is hanging down from the roof. I call contractor & explain what happened. He comes back out with 2 other guys pulls off the Fascia and walked around the house & said would be back with a replacement & tighten up all fascia & fix other parts of siding he noticed that required fixing. Mind you this is now 1 year ago I've been waiting. Now have Bee's making nests in the exposed soffits. All fascia around the whole house is wavy. Everything started out good then after all of this & over $18,000.00 and not a response. Wish I never went with Quad Tech!! Not a good installation job at all. Only after 2 years & 1 month nothing but problems and the way the siding lays on the house looks wavy.

Replaced our old roof on a 1960s house, 3-layer shingles in the middle of winter. Kevin very informative and down to earth. Because of active ice/water damage they rushed our project to basically the following week and completed teardown, rebuild, and cleanup in two days. Financing, community discounting, was easy to follow. Edwin very helpful when we discovered new challenges along the way, showed pictures and additional explanations. Foreman(I'm sorry I forgot your name) and crew very professional and great, had no issues and very thankful for the extra work they had to do. I must tell you about the great experience with Quad Tech. It start with a meeting with the salesman, Kevin. He did not try to force a sell on us and if anything he made a few suggestion that would save us money along with making a reasonable argument why certain windows should not be replaced. He was looking out for what was best for us not a bigger profit. The experience job did not end with the sale of the product, he stayed in constant connect with us and we were able to call him (which we did) anytime if we had a question. Due to COVID we did have to wait a little long then normal to have the windows replaced but they were good to their word. On the day of the install we met with Chad who was overseeing the project. And like Kevin him was looking out for us. His crew worked efficiently, managed not to track any snow into the house, protect our carpet from getting stain or dirty, create very, very, very little mess and cleaned up completely afterwards. Everyone was courteous and worked well. We had an extremely pleasant experience for Quad Tech and we can feel a different in having their windows. I do highly recommend their services.

We just signed up for another Quad Tech project. This is number 5. A bit pricey, but the quality of the products and workmanship is outstanding! The windows and door have made a huge impact on both the appearance and comfort of our home. The installers were professional, efficient and thorough. We are extremely pleased with the results.

This company took advantage of my elderly inlaws. They quoted them $7000 for approximately 300 to 400 ft² roof. Then came back and gave them a quote of $29,000 for the 1st story which was already done with a rubber roof only 24 years ago. They were going to come in and rip that off and replace it with shingles because they told them it was too squishy. I'm thinking a reputable roofing business should know that a rubber roof is squishy and lasts approximately 50 years. After researching this company, 50 roofing companies were suggested in which this company never was. And you can't find them on the BBB website. I'm sorry, but this sounds a little fishy. $29,000....REALLY????!!!! Never would I recommend this company....nothing but scammers!!!!!! Ps....this is a "real" complaint!!!!

Had siding put in 6 month's ago. The siding is absolutely beautiful. My next project is going to be my windows. I'm definitely going to get them with Quad Tech. They are a great local company and I recommend them highly.Services: General construction, Installation, Remodeling

We are still waiting for Quad Tech to come back to fix a piece that blew off and install a piece they said they ordered, and also never came back to install! Now they aren't answering their phone! I'm a real customer! No recomendation for Quad Tech! Be leary of any salesmen coming to your house.What they say and do are two different things. I'm a senior citizen! They left roof screws and nails in the driveway and lawn, which I picked up! They were in a hurry to get to the next job! James Holbrook was the name of the salesmen that first came around! BEWARE!

I'm a former employee of this company not once but twice. Hugh actually wanted to bring me back for another go around although I had "minimal success" at the company lol. For starters this is just a sales and marketing company. They sub contract all the work they get. Although they do offer great products the prices are very inflated. Over 1000$ per window. #2 This company is very small not large like he makes it seem! There are currently maybe 10 people employeed. There's no team no values nothing here. The owner besides sales guys is detached completely from the rest of the business besides the occasional "have a good one guys!" As he leaves the office early. He promises everyone all this $ but really it's a decent paying job with no future. In training I was told 1/4 leads sells. A week later it's 1/6 everyone is on different pay structures different commissions. If your about to bonus forget it he will make sure that paperwork doesn't get finalized or net until next month. Last month before Christmas he fired an entire marketing staff. Granted a few could have been shown the door but considering it was almost Christmas is was a unprofessional move . This is his second company. He had to start over because Yankee construction or whatever the name was to his last company dissolved because it was a mess. He had some drug addicts and sketchy characters working for him. To add to it all his name's not even Hugh. It's Patrick .How do you do business with someone who won't even share there first name with you. On top of that the checks are not cut by him. They are signed by a woman, just so happens to be his wife. I'm assuming he's got prior tax issues. The last time we spoke he sat there an insulted me. I simply stated life is not all about $ and I would sit and be insulted. He told me life is all about $ that I was a loser and anytime I wanted to compaired W2's he would be available. Bottom line is you do NOT want to work for this company. If this is how you treated your top marketer I'd hate to see how he treats the new employees! Steer clear. Oh I forgot to mention. Those free estimates? Oh no it's a few hour ordeal where they pressure you into buying! Don't even let them in the door. They will probably post something saying I wasn't a real employee or something at the bottom. I 100% was. A successful company takes care of employees not treat them like this!.... After reading his response today after my review. He offered me a job again today for a 3rd time. So no clue why he's stating he wouldn't hire me back. "We know who has been writing false reviews!" Well Mr.Patrick Foy any regular person would know these reviews are attached to real people who have unique profiles and different emails. I don't have time to sit and warn people about your company everyday lol. When a company has no Instagram, no Facebook and a 2.3 ⭐ review they can't be trusted. So deny deny deny man. Hope this help steer good hard working folks from your business. Nothing but a money hungry business man trying to line his pockets with hard earned American working class money!

We had our roof done last year with the guarantee that it would not have anymore ice buildup but here we are in winter with more ice build up than ever and 2 leaks. Huge cost, nothing that was guaranteed to us but the quick installation.Service: General construction

Kicked out of parking lot because sitting in car finishing a phone conversation. They have nothing better to do than to police their parking lot. Why would one go inside to look at their products and services after such craziness. Need to look elsewhere.

I got a call from them saying they were in my area and offered the estimate. Super coteries of my time and did not push me to buy at the end of the demo. A bit pricey but helpful information.
