Checks and from time to time professional employees after checking other companies and being told that I couldn’t remove certain bricks, crystal remolding was able to and told me they could do it and they did and no issues has arises.My front entry, the new stairs are better than before, and better than I can imagine. I am so glad we chose Frank and all the folks from Crystal for our siding replacement in Brooklyn! Their quote was slightly more expensive but it was sooo worth it for the professionalism, speed, responsiveness, and quality of work. Every detail was attended to, including removing obsolete wires, hooking up our rain barrel, cleaning up — not to mention a great looking and functioning exterior to the house! It looks so much better. At one point we thought we might want to alter the plan based on what was discovered underneath the old siding. In the end we didn’t, but it says a lot that we did not feel shut down to have the conversation. I could imagine that being more difficult with a different contractor. Communication from Crystal was strong and all the crew members were clearly pros. Glad we followed the good and well-deserved reviews!

I needed someone to remove all the trees and cement my whole backyard (20 feet wide). My backyard was a total MESS, like a swamp/jungle with all the water when it rained. I live in the Bronx. It’s hard to find good contractors here. Let alone, having them come to work in the boro. I came across Crystal Remodeling from a cement project they did at my brother’s place in Queens. I was so impressed that I knew they were the ones I wanted to do my backyard.They did exactly what I wanted. Including a circle with pavers for an extra look. It came out much better than I anticipated. I’m so meticulous that it’s hard to please me. But, I have to say they did an awesome job!It took a lot of work. They did it in 2 days with a crew of 5. Their supervisor on site, Monu was great!They would put in a FULL day. Here at 8 am until 6 or 7pm. They will not stop until the job is done.Usually, homeowners would get stuck with some clean up. Not here, they left the place spotless. They removed and took all the garbage - swept and hose.Also, I totally loved that they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Making sure I was happy with everything. The project was completed last week. Manny and Monu are a awesome team with a tremendous crew.I highly recommend them!!
