Remarkable Service!!! Would recommend if you are seeking fast turnaround time, efficiency and quality. Recently had water damage issue, they came in cleaned, repaired and brought my apt back to life! I would definitely recommend Golden Touch Restoration Specialist to anyone and everyone I know. In long island NY, We came home December 31 to a busted pipe and a flooded basement, we were mortified. I spoke with Dewayne at Golden Touch Restoration Specialist - The same night the Mitigation crew came over and did their thing, at 11pm. Once the Mitigation was done Dewayne, the owner came over and we made a plan! I was nervous because I have never gone through something like this before. He was AWESOME and a BLESSING to our house! He always took my calls and answered any questions that I had along with my concerns. Dewayne had a great group of guys working with him as well! Not once did I feel unsafe with any of the men working in my house while I was alone, they were all such a blessing, so kind, hard working, and respectful to my home and myself. A huge thank you to Dewayne I am very greatful to all of them for taking such good care of us and quickly restoring our house to an even more beautiful home!

We had a furnace puffback at my house and was not sure what to do. We called Golden touch restoration and they helped me out tremendously, and were attentive through every step of the process. Dewayne was really delicate with the packing up of my belongings. Hopefully you don't have to experience something unfortunate like a puffback, but I recommend calling golden touch if you do.

This review of Golden Touch Restoration is long overdue, and it is only because I don't know if I have the words to describe how fortunate we were to have found them. We discovered a sewer line rupture in the basement that had gone unnoticed until the sewage was beginning to come up through the travertine tiled floors. Of course it was also the weekend, and we wondered if we would find anyone willing to come out on a Saturday afternoon. Dewayne not only came, he understood that this was a health hazard and quickly went to work finding a plumber to address the problem immediately -- they worked until midnight on a Saturday, then came back on Sunday and worked (again) until midnight to make sure the sewer line was completely replaced and no longer a health hazard. After the plumber completed his work, Dewayne got to work: coordinated with the insurance company, took care of everything that needed to be taken care of to ensure the basement was both safe and repaired to look as good as, if not better than, it was before the sewer line rupture. I had a pipe separate that caused a flood in my basement around 11. I contacted this company and Dwayne connected me with another employee who said he will help me between 2-5. I followed up at 4 and he says he’s running late because he has other jobs.Then at 7 he tells me he can’t make it. It’s one thing to cancel but to delay then waste a whole day is ridiculous. Then I call Dwayne back, he tells me he will connect me with some one else and he doesn’t even call back. I have to reach back out to him an hour later and he tells me to find someone else. This happens right before snow came down which made it more difficult to find another plumber in a timely manner. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and caused a huge INCONVENIENCE.
