We recently experienced a roof leak that caused interior damage to our home. We had used Kimberly Brown Contractor previously to correct a different roofing issue and the problem was solved professionally and at a reasonable price. That was the same result this time.The crew leader introduced himself, inspected the problem area explained his plan of action to remediate the leak. The crew set up ground cloths to catch debris. The valley where the leak was accumulating was stripped of shingles, a water impermeable mat was installed and new shingles were matched to existing roof shingles.During the whole process the crew was professional, worked efficiently and steadily always respectful of our property right through the clean up and removal of debris. Several days later we had a storm with 45 mph wind gusts. Every shingle remained intact and there were no leaks. Thanks Kimberly Brown. Our roof looks great and the leakage problem was solved. Worst experience ever, hired to patch my roof. Came and put the incorrect thickness plywood down then nailed roofing felt over the top. Assured me it was waterproof. After telling me they would come back to repair after a few days, a week goes by and during a rainstorm I then have water streaming into my kitchen pulling down the ceiling drywall. They come back and covered it with tarps and after waiting another 2 weeks they finally show up and by that point I had to make the repair without them to prevent further damage. The pure negligence is astounding. By far the worst contractor I have ever hired. If you want additional damage done to your property then hire this place.
