In 2011, Minnehan Design Build did a complete upgrade of our 28 year old home exterior with 22 new Pella replacement window, 3 new ProVia entry doors, new vinyl siding, soffits and gutters. They also reroofed a section of the garage that was leaking where it met the house. The project took almost 3 months from start to finish but we were 100% satisfied. We had cheaper quotes but the workmanship and results we received with Minnehan were well worth what we paid. Mike Minnehan and his foreman Rob Rogers stayed on top of every aspect of the project in detail. The guys doing the actual work were true professional craftsmen. When picking out siding, windows and doors, Rob set up appointments and accompanied us to visit the suppliers and make our choices.Neighbors were so impressed with the refreshed look of our house that two of them on our street also contracted Minnehan to do the similar work to their homes. We put our house on the market in 2016 and it sold within 24 hours and I know a lot of this was because of the curb appeal and attention to details from the upgrades done in 2011. In 2019, we decided to replace the front door on the house we purchased in 2016 so I stopped in to see Mike Minnehan, got some advice and a Pro-Via door catalog. Rob Rogers took us to B&L Wholesale to understand some options and finalize our selection of the door. The door was installed in one day by another one of Mike's professional carpenters and came out perfectly. It made our already beautiful home even better with this new, high quality, fiberglass cherry finish wood-grain door. We were extremely pleased with the outcome.

Minnehan Design Build added a Three Season Room to our home and replaced the roof. The room is incredible! Need to see it to believe it. All our family and friends have commented about the amazing work that was done on this three season room.Mike and time informed us that the roof on our home needed to be replaced. the work done on the roof was great. Every step of the work was explained and reviewed with us. This was a total tear off - as the old was removed they should us the reasons for the tear off. We could net be more pleased with all the work completed on our home - we can relax and enjoy knowing this work was expertly done. Thanks Mike and Team.

Hired (Mike) Minnehan to build a 600sf garage/workshop with radiant floor heat in Brighton. He brought in a great architect, masons, framers, roofer, plumber, driveway man and a talented vinyl siding contractor for the job. I liked everyone he brought on the job. Mike handled all the permits and selected the correct thermal doors and windows for the new building himself. He recognized and understood the importance of water mitigation in the wet yard/work area. If your project is on the larger side, surprises will happen. You can feel confident Mike will work with you when unexpected costs or mistakes come up. It's very important to be working with reasonable people when this happens. I was grateful Mike was willing to work/split the difference with me on some minor unexpected costs/omissions and mistakes. I was worried up front (because of the expense & risk) but in the end I was thrilled with the result. Highly recommended.

We've used Minnehan Design Build a few times. One of the best experiences is when we had a giant oak tree land on our house during the March 2017 windstorm. Mike took charge of the insurance process dealing with the insurance adjuster much like you can take your car to a collision shop and let them handle the insurance part. He put his great experience to work and our result was wonderful. The quality of the work from the different trades is the best and he made valuable suggestions so our result was stunning. He and Rob were at the job site daily to check on the quality of the work and the progress. They started early and we were one of the first storm damaged houses to be finished.. I can highly recommend them.

Just had my kitchen chair repaired by a carpenter that works for Minnehan Design. His right hand man Rob came and picked up the chair at my home and brought.it back repaired beautifully.
