Oaks has been very supportive throughout the entire process of getting a new roof. They stayed within my budget and also made sure I got a safe roof. Matt VanHorn was courteous and very accommodating throughout the process. He helped when there was a problem with the paperwork to make sure things went smoothly. Carlito’s work crew did a wonderful job and made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. I would give Oaks 10 stars. I was told a few weeks ago I needed a new roof. I had contractors that didn't return phone calls, walked by the roof & looked up & threw out a price. But Lee from Oaks came prepared. He walked the roof, answered every question I had, & showed me the pictures he took while on the roof. He gave me a well prepared booklet showing what I would be getting & verifying insurance. A roof is probably the most expensive repair homeowners make. The decision should be made with clarity & as much information as possible. I am not happy with having to put on a new roof BUT Oaks relieved my mind & I feel more settled about it. They can even provide financing if you need it.If you need a new roof or think you do, call Oaks. They will give you an honest appraisal of the status of your roof. I will post a picture of new roof when done.
