Dave put a new roof on my house and replaced the soffit, baffles, and ridge vent. Before we signed the contract he spent alot of time explaining my options and how the additional work was important to improve attic ventilation. The other two contractors who came to bid on the job didn't mention any other improvements and didn't even go in the house. Dave actually went into the attic twice with me to show me why he was making the recommendations. I am very happy with the work Dave did.Service: Roof installation

Called David and he took good care of me. The roof repair looks great!! The vents that I needed were installed perfectly!!! I plan on having him do inside updating of my house. I requested new gutters placement on my roof. This person is not a professional he act like one. Comes to you and gives estimates takes 50% deposit up front and then no response and no work done. Been trying to get in contact for 5 weeks no response what so ever. This person just takes your money. Don’t use it unless you just want to give away your money!!!! If I could I would not even give him a star he does not deserve even single one!!! This person is a thief!!!!
