Let's first establish that I am NOT an easy customer to deal with. I recognize I can be very demanding and expect nothing but the utmost professionalism. That said, Lifetime Commercial Roofing Inc, and John D won me over. 10 out of 10 stars, top notch quality and service! I called about 9 roofing companies to come out to my house and provide estimates for a roof replacement. After dealing with all sorts of unsavory characters and prices that were ranging out of the stratosphere, I called Lifetime Commercial Roofing Inc. I was instantly impressed because John, the owner, immediately called me back. He remained in constant contact and communicated clearly with me. He even sent me pictures of jobs in real time to demonstrate the quality of the work. To boot, he took an hour long trip to my home on a Sunday to discuss my job, because it was convenient for me. If that wasn't enough, he offered extremely reasonable pricing as compared to competitors. He made sure he was ready willing and able to start the job right away. John and his crew were present when they said they would be, worked tirelessly, cleaned up immaculately, and John always made sure he was there to participate in the job, as well as oversee the crew. My entire roof was ripped off including plywood, and the job was completed in less than 2 days. As if this wasn't enough, me being a nitpicker, found a few items that I wanted to look a little better. John didn't hesitate to offer to do a few extra things just to make me happy. If there is one thing I can say above all else about this company, it's that there is NO DOUBT the company's goal is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I called to have the roof replaced on my building on a Friday at 3pm, they came to give me an estimate at 4PM. They started installing the roof the next week and were completed in two days. Don't waste your time shopping around to other vendors. They are the best price and quality
