I am so happy with Renewal by Anderson’s speedy response to my problem with my bay window. They replaced the whole window minus the windows. Jonathan and his team were wonderful and so professional. Kyle stopped by to make sure everything was going well and I was called at least six times the day they replaced the window to check that I was happy with the work. They treated me so well. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work, and service delivered with a smile. Their service department is excellent and their work is exceptional. A company that stands behind their work to this extent is hard to find these days. I know I can depend on Renewal by Andersen of Long Island!!!

Servicemen Jonathan Ceron and Carlos were super fantastic technicians. Both were courteous, careful, respectful to us and our property inside our home. Both displayed professionalism and moved with high energy . Also worth mentioning that they arrived at 8:30, early part of the given time range of arrival from 8 to 10:30. Wasted no time in prepping the area. Seemed like they already knew the amount of time allotted for every window. Even took a very short lunch break. Both conversed in a friendly manner and were very knowledgeable in answering questions. I highly commend them both as a team. Their team work is also rated 10. Renewal by Anderson has highly skilled technicians backing up the sales team. You cannot go wrong with their products and services. I was also impressed with the set controls when an Anderson staff called about 3 times to follow through on the ongoing activity of the installation, before technicians arrived, during installation and before technicians left. Every move was within timeline. Fantastic service!

Our experience with Renewal by Andersen of Long Island has been nothing short of outstanding. Mitch and Scott did a great job educating us on the Andersen products and guarantees and helped us see why the company has the reputation it does. The step-by-step follow up by the installation department was welcomed and appreciated as they checked throughout the install, and the installers were fantastic! They made the effort to condense our 2-day install into a 1-day install as we had a terrible weather day promised for day 2. When they left, you wouldn't have known they were here - except for our new windows and doors. Mitch has been phenomenal throughout the process and gave us great confidence that we had chosen the right company for the job. He is pleasant, kind, knowledgeable and watches out for his clients - a true asset to this company! From the first day working with the sales rep Mitch to the last day upon project completion, the experience has been an absolute pleasure and truly effortless. Every single person that we interacted with from Renewal by Andersen were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and the nicest employees. They took their time to explain and answer any questions that we had prior to, during and upon completion of our project. We had 2 doors installed along with 8 double hung windows and a triple casement window. The installation crew arrived on time for the install that would take less than 2 days to complete. Samuel, Candio, and Milo were amazing! They were respectful, ensured that every area they worked in was protected by tarps. They left everything as good as new when they finished the job. Outstanding experience from start to finish. We contracted with Renewal by Anderson to replace all of the old custom windows on the front of our house. The window quality is excellent and immediately made a difference in keeping the cold out. Fortunately Anderson sent Jonathan Ceron and his group to do the installation of the new windows. It was obvious from the start that Jonathan and his team knew what they were doing. We have had many contractors do work in our home but no one has been as meticulous as Jonathan. They protected every area in 3 upstairs rooms and the entranceway including the 14 steps leading upstairs. Jonathan was very responsive and explained the removal and installation process. They answered every question we asked of them. When they left the house it was spotless. Professional , competent, courteous and responsive are just a few words to describe Jonathan and his team. Great job.

Windows are great. One of the best things about them is that they were installed by the best installers I’ve ever come across. Jonathan and his team (The Dreamers) did an amazing, unbelievable job. They were very neat and did a thorough cleaning when they were done. They were very easy going and friendly and did whatever was asked of them. You could tell that they knew what they were doing. They were perfectionists as far as the measurements, caulking and fitting of all the trim on the outside of the house.

Be aware!As a homeowner, I sent my contractor to get the quote to replace my windows.As he walked in and provided his company information, he was told they couldn’t provide him a quote for the windows. It sounds weird to me as his company has all the licenses needed/insurance, etc. never had a problem and I have been working with him for years. It just makes me wonder what are they hiding, why are they only giving quotes and working with the homeowners, is it because as a homeowner they can twist the price as they like, taking advantage that we don’t really know the market, prices and everything related to this matter.

The design and pricing was communicated very well. The estimated install date was accurate. The installation work was done well and efficiently. The installers were very communicative as to their progress and completion. I took off one star because there was broken glass left on my grass around the areas of installation. Unfortunately, I had to find it at the end of installation and asked to workers to pick it up. They did so but, unfortunately, some broken glass remains.

The Renewal by Anderson crew consisted of "Luis, Pedro and Elder" I have to say these guys were so professional and polite from start to finish. I had eight windows installed in my house and they did the entire job in six hours. They put plastic coverings on every piece of furniture and then did the floors and walls only leaving access to the windows they were replacing. I actually had to ask them to stop to have a Pizza lunch. They worked very efficiently and removed all of the windows they replaced. When they left you would never know anyone had been there. I was very impressed with the entire procedure and I would HIGHLY recommend Renewal by Anderson to anyone looking to replace windows in their home. These guys went above and beyond with their installation and cleanliness. On top of all of that, my house is actually warmer now. Thank you to Luis, Pedro and Elder for a job WELL DONE. Richie C.
