Completely blown away by how responsive, efficient, professional, and considerate Tom and his team were.Our 35 year old roof started leaking after a recent storm and Tom was kind enough to come out the next day and put on some temporary tarping until we were able to get the roof fully replaced. He was able to quickly provide us a reasonable quote and walked us through the overall process. Within a week we were able to schedule the full replacement, and they finished the entire job in one day! Not only did they replace the roof, but they also replaced our three skylights that were also part of the original home construction, finally enabling us to open our skylights after several years of them being stuck shut.We've always struggled getting anyone to come out and do major renovations at all in our area, much less quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. Working with H&R was wonderful. Tom Robinson represents his company name well. Not only did Tom respond to an email I sent through his website within 5 minutes, but he showed up the next day (a Sunday) at the exact time he said he would be at my home. HR Roofing installed one metal roof (replacing shingle) on our carriage house as part of our proactive updating plan. The team arrived when expected and they were friendly, efficient, tidy and extremely thorough. Tom's close attention to details was a constant source of confidence. The roof was completed sooner than we presumed and absolutely on quoted price (actually below our private estimations). We could not have been happier with the results and service.Four months later our house roof was compromised and our barn roof failed in a major storm. We quickly called Tom Robinson of HR Roofing and were thrilled once again with their response. Within a few hours Tom had fixed our shingle house roof - and explained it was otherwise completely adequate (such a relief!). The HR team then replaced the barn roof with a new metal roof and happily accommodated my whimsical requests to use reclaimed lumber for replacement beams and fascia.We are so thrilled with their work that we also had them install matching metal Fabral siding on the carriage house.
