Rob was ok during his inspection he explained to me areas of concerns and provided recommendations.. However after i purchase the unit I have found issues that i believe he should have noted. For example the basement was musty and had mold noticeable on the walls i had to remediate mold demolish the basement which cost me $10k, there was a strong odor on the unit and specifically one of the rooms and the odor was from feces and urine from raccoons in the attic i have to call a pest management to remove raccoons, remove insulation in the attic, close all the holes one in the chimney and in the front of the unit from another sanitize and put new insulation for $4K. I will not use them again and I will not recommend!
