Tommy and his crew renovated our apartment in Manhattan. They were excellent, professional, detailed and met our timeline. Tommy is a very understanding guy and easy to work with. it was a gut rennovation of a one bedroom, 1.5 bath and we would highly recommend them. Tommy and his team did an outstanding job remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. They are true professionals who know what they are doing and accommodating to my specific requests. I bought this COOP, and before I hired them, I had a really bad experience dealing with someone who turned out to be a contract fraudster. After I engaged with Lai Fu Home Improvement, they showed me the kind of work they are capable of doing, and obtained all necessary permits and papers the board can ask for.
