We want to thank Frank and his guys at Lenny Laffaidano Gen Contracting for putting together our dream kitchen! No request was too big or too small. From demo to completion everything was done with precision and perfection. They arrived early every day and were friendly and respectful of our home. We used them 5 years ago and were so pleased they were available to take on this project for us. We are thrilled and happy with our stunning new kitchen and enjoy it every day.

What phenomenal work from the onset to its completion. I was so impressed with this Masonry Company 3 years ago when I first hired them, that I hired them again for additional masonry work the next 2 consecutive years. To date, they have beautified my home in the front, sides, and back yard. They have just recently resurfaced my driveway, walkways, front steps and stoop. The completed work is so spectacular that all my neighbors are jealous and have repeatedly told me that my home looks as though it should be on the cover of the “Better Homes & Gardens” magazine. Professional top notch service at affordable prices completed in an efficient manner by an always friendly crew! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hired Lenny Iaffaldano Gen Contracting to waterproof the basement wall, redo driveway, backyard porch, concrete pad, and chimney repointing. Lenny stop over multiple times to explain the what work will be completed, and recommend the works that should be completed. He provided a well written out contract outlined the exact scope of works. No question at all on the work. Frank stop by multiple times each day to monitor and qc the works completed by their crews. Frank also keep me inform of the progress and schedule. The crew members are very professional, show up on time and completed the work as scheduled. Based on the work scheduled for the day, the crew size ranges from few people to as many as 6 people working. At this point I don't have much left to do with the house, but for my next project, I would not hesitate to hire Lenny Iaffaldano Gen. Contracting again.

Lenny and Frank completed 2 large jobs for us. First was outdoor refacing, cement and pavers - we were extremely pleased with the finished job so we then contracted him to renovate our basement. This included plumbing, electric, removal of wood paneling and drop ceiling, new sheet rock and insulation all around, taping, painting and ceramic tile installation. The results were 110% . Big shoutout to his crew (same men for both jobs) they arrive 7am every day and are so consistent in their work habits - always polite and neat....seems like nothing is a problem for them. Would highly recommend. ( btw, they came recommended by our neighbor who was also pleased with their work)

Lenny's general contractor They are licensed and insured contractor. Their people hard workers. They have replaced our brick wall of the house 2 months ago. We are very satisfied Their work. Including my neighbor at across street. They also hired Lenny's contractor working on His house's brick wall after he see my house project be done.Currently, I hired this contractor back again for my house drainage system.We are very confidences for their work.

Absolutely worst possible mason/general contractor to hire. Owner Lenny came out to give quote for work, I showed him all the areas that needed to be pointed, all the broken bricks that needed to be replaced and was clear what I was requested to be done. He assured me EVERYTHING would be fixed/replaced as discussed. After he was paid 50% deposit, all of a sudden he had amnesia and started cutting corners, refusing to replace the broken bricks saying “that’s a lot of work” - well he was charging ALOT of $$$ because it was based on that work. His men put holes in my deck with their scaffolding, stole pieces of my pool equipment, didn’t even brick point most of the areas that I hired him to do because water was coming in my house, they used standard concrete mix which color was COMPLETELY different than my existing concrete joints instead of using dye mix to try and get close match to mortar like he said they would. The entire job was a nightmare, did more damage than he did work, impossible to try and discuss any issues with he would just make excuses or ignore me but certainly never forgot to ask about $$$. When I told him I was going to stop payment on his final check unless he brings back the pool piece his men STOLE that I have proof of on my home security camera video, he said he would but instead brings back and installed a completely different, cheap, non working water valve that he left leaking all over property so I stopped payment on his check and he had nerve to file mechanics lien when he did 10 times the cost in damage to my home. I am now suing him in court for all the damage he did to my deck, pool and for the work he did not do as per our contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIIS CONTRACTORI will gladly provide picture and videos of proof of the horrible work and damage he did to anyone considering hiring this manI am also filing complaints with the licensing board as he should have his licensed REVOKED
