I had a very big problem because a family member was a serious hoarder. That person passed away and I was faced with an impossible task of having to clean out my yard and alleyway. It was very very bad.I saw New Heights Construction's ad in my church bulletin. I called and spoke with John Miller. Mr. Miller dispatched someone to look at what I needed done. I was given a price and about half an hour later, there was a crew working on the mess.The workers were exceptional. They had to lift heavy bricks, hundreds of them, lumber, cinder blocks, old windows and doors, Just about any type of construction supply was cluttering up my home and making me literally sick with anxiety. Unless you've lived with a hoarder you wouldn't believe what I was living with. The job was massive.The crew worked from 8 am to 6 pm. They worked extremely hard. They left my alley and yard in impeccable condition. The workers were professional and courteous I was impressed with John Miller. He got the job done for me and it took just a phone call. I highly recommend New Heights Construction to all.

I highly recommend John. His work is impressive. But he is also very entertaining with his stories of his days as a salesman. The entertainment is free. The cost for the work he did was very reasonable. What I also liked is that he goes out of his way to meet the customer's needs and to ensure the completed job is to the customer's liking. He does great work and, unlike other companies, he completes his work on schedule. A huge tree fell completely in our backyard during the last "Noreaster" and damaged our fence. John said he would remove the tree within a week. He actually got his crew to come that night to cut it up and haul it away. He ripped out the damaged fence and, in it's place, installed a beautiful, new cedar fence. The entire job was completed on time. John knows a great deal about his trade. He is an excellent resource and a very good contractor. Again, we were completely satisfied with the quality of the work, the cost and the timeliness of the job. We highly recommend John Miller for any kind of work or renovation you need.

I reached out to Mr. Miller regarding concreting my backyard. It was a messy jungle, but Mr. Miller, Armando and their workers, saved my backyard and concreted it, leaving some plants along the perimeter to give it a cozy look. Based on comments from females and my experience with John Miller, he should just deal with men customers. He called me a "nag", said he would return my money and hung up the phone.His son came by to return my deposit, apologized for his father's behavior and was more respectful.
