Highly recommend!! We used Precise Design to replace porch columns, railings and deck boards on our 100+ year old Victorian home. From estimate, to quote, to removal, installation and clean up, this company checked all the boxes every step of the way. Everything you would want and expect from a contractor. Fair price, good communication, delivered as promised (minus a small material delay, not the fault of Precise), excellent workmanship, methodical, careful and safe work practices, professional, and friendly owners and work crew. Our contractors for LIFE!! Precise Design came in and saved us after we had a terrible experience with an unscrupulous contractor. Precise Design did the gut renovation of our entire apartment in the West Village--everything, kitchen, bathroom, floors, lighting and even the garden (pavers, fence and lighting). They are HONEST, reliable, professional and fair. They showed up every single day and did beautiful work. When issues came up they contacted us immediately and offered solutions and options. They are pro-active. I have recommended them to other people in my building as well. My Super now uses their services and he knows so many contractors. At one of our Co-op meetings, one of my neighbors got up and spoke about her great her experience with Precise Design --- highly recommending their services to other owners---calling PD "the best contractors in the world" and thanked me publicly for recommending them. On top of that, they are good people --- pleasant to work with. Top marks all around!

Kudos to Aldemar, Diego and all their workman. The renovation of my apartment was finished this past January 2024 and the results were excellent. I am a Commercial Interior Designer and I have dealt with many Contractors throughout my career. This firm is the best. They are professional, caring and they listen. We had a rough start and many delays, due to factors beyond anybodies control They were there, always stepping in to help to move things along in any way they could. They satisfied my many requests along the way and as a designer I can be demanding. They even assisted me in transferring extra flooring and tiles into my storage unit. They'll never disappoint you!

Precise Design is the best constructors I have ever use. They are so professional in everything they do. From protecting you furniture and other areas in the home even your floor. I just want to say I would referred Al and Diego to anyone to do in in their home. As long as live and own a house it is only Precise Design awill do anything construction in my home.Thank you you Guys for the beautiful work you did for ME. I cannot tell you how many times Precise Design, especially Aldemar and Deigo, have taken our calls immediately (even from Columbia) and arranged to come themselves or find someone to come fast to fix any urgent problem, and in a very timely manner for anything else. They are cost effective problem solvers. And they are excellent doing and overseeing big jobs like replacing my entire outdoor deck on my townhouse in Brooklyn. Great and beautiful tile work!! I came home from vacation to find my house flooded from a burst pipe. It was a nightmare. I called Precise Design and they showed up immediately. They found the leak, repaired it, and renovated all the rooms that were affected. Their work is second to none! They were professional, efficient, and clean. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I used Precise Design for my recent bathroom gut job renovation and am absolutely over the moon to have found them.CUSTOMER SERVICE: Five minutes early every day (I am still amazed), in constant contact via text, phone or email and incredibly fast response time, and INCREDIBLY respectful of my space - clean and incredibly careful. Also, very respectful and mindful of keeping on my budget and on time. Also absolutely delightful, friendly and polite guys!QUALITY OF WORK: They are perfectionists. Form and function were all considered. They do it right. Absolutely meticulous.ISSUES AND TIME LINE: Our start date was delayed a week due to Co-Op paperwork kickbacks and 4 days due to a boiler pipe replacement (Co-Op responsibility). The project took a month, which was within the initial ballpark of the 3.5 weeks estimation.
