Worked with Britt regarding a potential mold issue, he came out for a consultation, spent a good amount of time explaining the issue, and told us that it is not a foundational issue / in our situation from what we did the mold will completely dissipate in the next few days. Really good guy and honest! Hard to come by these days but absolutely recommend this company!

I I highly recommend Ahold of Mold , good quality work and a very responsive company .I I have had several home improvement projects in the past few months and have experienced contractors that failed to show or never leven returned phone calls . Thus , I was happy when Ahold of Mold contacted me within 24 hours of my first attempt . They answered questions and provided a detailed estimate . They referred me to a licensed Mold Assessor , a professional that came to my house and took air samples and also obtained physical samples that were sent to an independent lab for analysis .After the laboratory results were back i engaged Ahold of Mold to do the remediation. They were extremely patient when I ran in to a paperwork/red tape issue that delayed my bank transferring money in to the correct account .The remediation work began on the agreed upon date and time .The staff conducting the work were polite and respectful. They took a lot of safety precautions to protect us (and them). It took several days , consistent with what was spelled out in the estimate . During the work a few unexpected things came up. Ahold of Mold staff kept me informed , showed me their work in progress , and communicated with the company supervisors when needed . They completed their work within the expected time frame . They maintained air scrubber machinery on my property for several more days as part of an effort to make sure the best possible remediation was achieved .The Mold Assessor returned a few days after the work was completed . He took new readings and sent to a lab . A few days later the lab results indicated dramatic improvement and all indicators were well within safe limits .A few minor items , like removal of small items from my basement , required further communication with Ahold of Mold . Despite being a very busy in-demand company , they managed these situations well.I had confidence in this company based on the good record they have in terms of Better Business Bureau rating . That confidence was well founded .

I will forever be grateful to Brett Bridges when nobody would Listen to me after contacting my landlord several times the health deptartment, the building inspectors 3 times and not one of them taken me seriously he gave me answers I so desperately needed. My kids have been very Ill this entire year. So Sick to the point where my son was hospitalized for 3 days on oxygen and is now on a nebulizer treatment 3 times a day my daughter struggling with coughing congestion runny nose and asthma as well. They have been constantly on meds at doctors or emergency rooms doctors not knowing what is causing it. Thanks to him for caring enough about my kids health hearing me out and given us the answers we needed and now we can take the next step to getting my kids back to healthy happy kids!!!!

Stayed within the bounds of their original estimate, checked in with me from time to time but also were able to work largely independently, which was great for me because this work took place during my busy work season. All the employees exhibited professionalism and testing afterwards showed the problem has been 100% eradicated. Thank you!
