Gotham Builders did an amazing job with my kitchen renovation. They were easy to work with and their genuine care and attention to detail was admirable. The Project Manager, Luis Batista, was exceptional and ensured that everything turned out the way that I wanted. He was intimately involved with every detail of the renovation project and was very easy to work with. The installers were just as great and my Home Depot kitchen designer, Brittney, was terrific. I would definitely use Gotham again and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to undertake any kind of renovation project.

We hired Gotham to transform and update our kitchen. They exceeded our expectations! Everyone was professional, helpful ,knowledgeable, and they cleaned up everyday. The job was actually completed right on time even though we added extras. Greg and his team did an excellent job.

Gotham did a full-gut of my kitchen. My kitchen was completely out of date. My building is incredibly strict with regulations everyone has to follow, but Gotham they were professional and handled all of the requirements my building asked for them. I have asked my building for the work back in February and the work didn't get approved until September. Rob was helpful informing me on the entire renovations and available to handle any questions I had. Jasmine was very informative and orderly and always there when I needed to speak to her. Angel and his team did an fantastic job with everything. They arrived right on time, kept me up to date everyday of what work will be done day-by-day.Everyone did an fantastic job that I love being in my kitchen now. I immediately cooked a big dinner when everything was finished.Thank you so much Gotham! Greg & his people are miracle workers,In July 2019, we had a housefire.Greg worked with our Public Adjuster, Jason Greenberg of Phoenix Public Adjusters, for 8 months to get us a through & complete insurance settlement.May 2020, we finally start the demo & cleanup...and COVID lockdowns close the NYC DOB.Greg, his people, and their subcontractors rebuilt our house DURING COVID in less than 6 months - despite supply chain issues, materials shortages, etc.They gave us a FABULOUS house to live in - and make recovering from the housefire a (mostly) pleasant experience.Our friends have covid-era remodeling horror stories - all we have for Greg & Kat is our never ending praise.3 years later, we love our house more than ever.

How many times do you hear that home improvement company arrives on time, performs all the repairs or improvements AND leaves your home spotless? That was our experience with Gotham Builders. Over the course of several weeks Gregory and his crew arrived promptly, replaced our air conditioning and heating units; performed bathroom repairs and renovations, installed custom closets, repaired electric outlets, and did interior painting. They were courteous and at the end of the day left the work area swept and clean. Gotham Builders repaired damage to the front of my home that was sustained by a car. They arrived early every day for 6 consecutive days and worked a full day in the summer heat. They were methodical in removing the damaged cinder block from the house and ensured the roof remained stable and intact. The lead contractor (Angel) installed 4 custom windows and one standard window flawlessly. His attention to detail in framing the wall and the windows is nothing short of incredible. But it’s worth noting that the replacing of the cinder blocks to the house and the creation of lines to ensure its original look is nothing short of spectacular!! Franco and his team did incredible work!!Gotham Builders is the way to go without a doubt. There work is professional; they are professional, and they leave your home clean every day during the construction. Gotham Builders re-did my house after Hurricane Sandy. They were efficient and not only restored my home, but made it so beautiful. I just had them come back to update my second bathroom. Once again Gotham Builders was fast and efficient. My bathroom looks beautiful. Contractors get a bad reputation, but Gotham Builders is a company you can believe in and trust. I am very happy with my results and the service I received.2020 update- A leak formed into my son's room. I called Gotham Builders right away. They came and put on a new roof and fixed the chimney. Gotham Builders never disappoints. They are fast, efficient and true pros. I don't think it's normal to love your contracting company. But Gotham Builders is not only a company that you can trust, they are like family.

I needed old cabinets in my kitchen removed and new cabinets installed along with backsplash and sink installationCharles from Gotham did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and professional. The demolition of the old cabinets took very little time and installation of the new cabinets, backsplash and sink were beautifully done. His woodworking skills were really superb in creating an extra storage space in an area where a regular size cabinet would not fit. He always left the job site clean after performing his work. I had an amazingly stress free experience with this company to do a full kitchen makeover and install my kitchen cabinets. One thing I loved is that when I called the office it was easy to be able to speak to someone about any concerns. Charles, the installer was very professional. I just love the way he made sure things were done right, and that the placement of things were to my liking. He was very clear about what to expect. He was very detailed and I’m a detailed person so if he passed my test, he can pass anyone else’s.

Jeff came to give the estimate. He is a calm, funny man with an easy professionalism that made me feel comfortable and confident. The estimate was expensive but we had already looked into other companies so it was not at all out of range. The team did a beautiful job with the total renovation of our bathroom, and installing a new back door. I was updated as to what to expect each day, they worked with me well to pick materials and to plan the design, and they finished the work within the estimated timeframe. We all had a very good time working together on this project. I bought a flip from Gotham builders. The design and interior are beyond beautiful. The house was on the market for a one weekend open house and I got the house after a bidding war that went 15k over price. A year and a half later, I had an issue with the venting in my basement and Andy from Gotham went out of his way to help it get solved. That is service!

I scheduled an appointment with them to come between 10 and 11am. I went for a morning run and left my phone home to charge. I got back home minutes to 10am and had a voicemail from the company calling to confirm my appointment less than an hour before the appointment time! When I called back he said they couldn't come because I didn't call back in enough time. Why wouldn't you confirm the night before?! Why would you schedule and not just come even if I didn't answer 45 minutes prior?! I will NEVER do business with people so unprofessional!!!!! Do you think people just sit around with their phones? I created my schedule for the day around them showing up at the time they said and now they have wasted my time.
