We are so thrilled with everyone we met at Martin’s Garage Doors! They were the only company (we called many before we finally found them) who took the time to really measure and think and decide that yes, they could indeed help us with installing all new garage doors and tracks. Other companies either were not skilled enough or really didn’t care to tackle our odd space (under the house where ductwork takes up important headroom usually needed by the doors). The company worked with our schedule, and the two men who did the installation today worked into the dark to get it done perfectly, and were so polite and friendly and patient and determined (our installation really took strategy and thought). The doors fit like a glove, and couldn’t be quieter or smoother! We love the doors and I will now only be recommending this company for clients in need of garage doors!

Amazing work ethics from office to site.. I can't say anything more than the excellent five star reviews that have already posted, other than I would give them ten stars. I want to compliment and thank Micah and Jason for their knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy. They replaced everything but the door and it runs quiet for the first time and works better than new. Was able to stop same day on their way home from another job and was prompt and clean. Doesn't get better than this.

Very professional, quality work and a fair price! They installed a garage door for me a few months ago. Communication was on point from the office (Harvey I think). Their crew was professional, hard working, knowledgeable, and had a customer focus. I had to have some concrete work done before final adjustments could be made on the door. Once I was ready, they came back to make the final adjustments within a couple of days. Exceeded my expectations! Well done guys!

Martin's Door Service installed my 14x14 door, installed the opener, and then fixed it when someone else crashed into it. They do a great job and are really nice gentlemen. I honestly can't say enough good things about these guys. Excellent work quality, very responsive and quick, reasonable pricing. I don't plan on hiring anyone else to fix my garage doors in the future.

Can't say enough about how professional and proficient these folks are. Darryl and Shawn are experts at fixing problems and new installations. and I have had both done twice. (best to open the garage door prior to backing out). Even though they are in Geneva, they came for a minor repair the day after I called and the price was so reasonable I gave them a tip!

I can't speak for the business but at least one of their employees could use a lesson in kindness and respect on their morning commute. Earlier this week I watched a black truck pull into your business at 6:58 am after a road rage incident in front of me on 5 and 20 (black truck, broken tailgate and hanging chain driving east from Canandaigua).
