I recently had a very positive experience with Roy of Elite Waterproofing & Roofing. I had a suspicion of a roof leak due to brown spots on my bathroom ceiling. Roy came in a timely manner to investigate. He told me about condensation causing the brown spots and he crawled in the crawl spaces, one of which was above the bathroom, and could not see any leaks. I did not need his roofing services, but my impressions of him are that he is trustworthy and he seems to care about his customers and does not want to charge when no problem exists. If I ever do have another suspicion of a leak, I will call him again.
