Josh and crew at Funky Solutions were amazing from start to finish. From the time of the quote until the job was complete Josh was on top of everything. I contracted them to do siding and I couldn’t be happier! I am going to have them come back in the spring for some interior renovations. They started when they said they would start, finished when they said they would finish, and showed up every day and worked full days. I was very glad they were recommended, and I would recommend them too! Josh and his team did an incredible job. Very professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. Showed up when they said they would and finished on time as promised. After being burned by a fast-talking contractor who took my hard-earned $ and left me with shoddy results, I contacted Josh about my issues with ice dams and slate falling off my roof. When I discovered that he is a licensed home inspector, I knew that I had found a contractor I could trust. Josh looks you in the eye, tells the truth, and exhibits absolute integrity and pride in his work. He and his merry crew appreciate an old house and my passion for reusing and recycling materials whenever possible. In addition to extensive work on my roof (I now have the best looking roof on my street!) and attic, the FS crew has completed several small projects throughout my home in the past seven months alone. I'm doing my review in 2 parts because I am so excited about how things have been going with our bathroom remodel. The demolition of our bathroom was done quickly and efficiently by the Funky Solutions crew, Wes, Anisa and Michael. They're on time everyday (which seems like a no brainer, but I have not had this with previous experiences). They keep informed and updated on the work as it progresses. They have everything organized and cleaned up each night before they head out. We are on track for the job to be completed right on schedule. I can't wait to post my before and after pictures.PART 2 **I love my finished bathroom. The crew (Wes and Anisa) and the workmanship were outstanding. *There were a few issues that put us overschedule and pricing discrepencies that put us QUITE A BIT over our quoted price. Some of that was misunderstaning the quote, some was NOT! UPDATE 6 months later. Just had Josh, Luke, Keira snd Michael installing a pergola and once again, I’m very pleased with their work. We’re already discussing my next project so stay tuned!!I’ve been through so many so called contractors that I lost all hope of finding one to do quality work, commit and keep commitment, communicate, be on time, work rather than try to look like they’re working…then I tried Funky Solutions. I can’t recommend them enough. They were the absolute best business I’ve ever worked with. Quality work plus they believe in pleasing their customer. Oh, their work is guaranteed for a year, they are licensed and insured.
