Within 10 minutes he returned my call to schedule a time to have it taken care of. His workers explained how the water was getting in and were very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs roof work. He was straight to the point and the workers were very detail to all they had to do. Unfortunately they had to come and fix someone else's unfinished work. Our roof was supposed to have a ten year warranty and it was only 3 years since done. The company was very unprofessional. So thank Mike and crew for being our life savers. The pictures I am showing is them mess they had to pick up from the poor work from the other company.

Mike, his son Chris, and his entire team were outstanding. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did top notch quality work. They were very respectful of our property and kept the debris and nails out of our pool. The clean up was quick. They were professional and very friendly and helpful. We called Mike for an estimate for a new roof on our house , just to get an idea of what it would cost. Mike got right back to us within 1-2 days and promptly showed up with a written estimate. My husband and I were so pleased, we booked him right away !! Due to COVID, Mike started 4 weeks later and the job was done in 2 days !! We are extremely pleased with the professionalism, quality and timely manner in which the job was done. I would highly recommend Mike Peters Roofing to anyone !!

Mike Peters has replaced roofs on 2 of my houses. I would definitely recommend him. Mike, and now his son, Chris, has a team of roofers who accomplish jobs quickly, and are respectful. I'm always impressed when an employer treats his employees in a manor that gains their respect and is respectful to his clients. Mike was upfront about an unexpected problem. He took pictures during the job for my approval, so the roof could be completed and property left clean within the day. Helpful that payments could be divided between credit card and check.

Very, very professional business owner with an incredibly hard working crew. Mike stopped by for the balance after the job was completed, found a nail near the sidewalk, and had his Ground Foreman at out house within a half hour to go over the property again. Mike Peters Contracting just completed putting a new roof on my house. This was not a planned improvement but unfortunately the result of a series of high wind storms. First, Mike was awesome! He was right on top of everything from the moment I contacted him. He was calm, and patient with me when I clearly was NOT! He is a true professional in a field where a consumer can easily be taken advantage of. He was very honest, trustworthy and not out to just make a buck. I was so confident in his abilities and expertise in this field that I left him fully in charge of everything right down to roof color and copper accenting. Sitting back and letting the professionals do their job was the best move I made! The roof looks MINT!!!! It has literally changed the whole look of my house for the better! It was like a face lift for the house!!!! Mike takes pride in quality craftsmanship in addition to the quality of the products used on his jobs. He also has an incredible warranty policy that can't be beat!!! The crew he has working for him couldn't be a nicer bunch of guys and incredibly respectful of you and of your property. They not only work efficiently and effectively but they all take pride in the quality of their work. I can without hesitation recommend Mike Peters Contracting to anyone.

Mike Peters has done work for us twice and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone! He and his crew first put a new roof on our addition in 2012. They did an excellent job! He told us that in a few years, our main roof looked like it would need to be done. He told my husband things to look for , and sure enough those things began to happen! We did not hesitate in calling him to give us an estimate and to take a look at the house. In 2014, he and his crew put a new roof on our main part of the house. And once again, he did an excellent job!Not only is he very professional, he gives free estimates, and guarantees his work for ten years, you can find him onsite either working with the crew or checking on the job,. And speaking of his crew....they are complete gentlemen , keep the property neat, and are not crude or profane! My neighbor was having her roof done by another contracting crew, and the profanities were flying left and right! That is just not acceptable! He runs a very reputable business.My goodness, just take a look around and everywhere you look, there is a Mike Peters sign! That has to say something! Looking for an excellent, reasonable, and reputable roofing contractor? Mike Peters is your man!And by the way, I never met the man until he came here to give us our first estimate! A+ 5 ⭐️rating for Mike and his crew of professionals. I had a leaking roof on an addition that had not been properly fixed after many attempts by other roofers. Mike knew what the problem was immediately, and it was fixed and attended to by well spoken, courteous, hard working young men. Mike ( and his son) also just finished a large project on an extremely tall house...again, the crew was industrious, polite, AND knowledgeable about the work they performed. Very clean as well. No nonsense ..HIGHLY RECOMMEND

When we brought our home it was "as is", we knew we need a roof, and gutters, but other issues took had to be addressed first. After the past winter we couldn't wait any longer. Mike came in, gave us a fair quote in the time of "COVID" with lumber pricing being ridiculous. The job would have taken two to three days but with old home rot on the back patio roof threw off the time line. his crew, rebuilt that section and we couldn't be happier. I would never recommend this company to anyone at all!! He had the personality of a rock. When the workers showed up - he was gone - they chopped and stomped on the roof to remove the ice and snow build up. Pictures fell off the wall - some breaking, spices off the rack, a photo album that I had just purchased while on vacation had the cover torn off. When my husband called him on his cell, he asked "do you want me to have them stop?" Nice attitude!! We said no, but it would have been nice to be warned!!They also broke our gutter. My husband mentioned it them first, by the way. Maybe they would have, but who can be sure. They did say they would replace it this spring. We will see.I am telling you, I would never, ever hire them again.Spoke to Mr. Peters today. He said they will replace the gutter this weekend. He is holding to his word which reassures us that he will follow through.05/02/15 - Mr. Peter's group came this morning. They called first to say they would be here in 30 to 45 minutes and they were right on time. The new gutter was installed in no time. It looks great! We appreciate it was completed as they had promised. It was too bad we got off to a rough start. All is good now.............. (They also took the broken gutter away).

My property at 442 N. Main Street came out amazing. My 119 yr old house had 4 layers of material on it! and these guys took it all off, cleaned up all debris not a nail was left on the ground! They even installed a vent in the attic so that air could circulate ( it didn't have one before). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable roofer! Photo to come soon!

The man is very condescending and has a very bad attitude, showing up at 8 AM on a Saturday morning with a contract in hand ready to install rain gutters on my 2 story Gloversville home. Seeing him then at the site for the very 1st time I tried to discuss what he proposed to do as there's no fascia to attach the gutters to, he then asked me if I had ever installed rain gutters before and I told him actually yes but at age 65 and with a bad back was why I'm hiring him, he then emphatically told me "then do it yourself " and drove off.
