If I could give 6 stars, I would! I called Tony explaining to him our situation. We had waited 2 weeks for other companies to come out and give us an estimate. He had some time to do the estimate during our call, so he came over, gave us an estimate and came the next day to repair our roof. He also cleaned out our gutters and repaired them. Fair price, quality work and all before other companies could even come out to quote us. He was absolutely awesome. So happy with our experience with Gold construction!!! Tony S is so professional and kind and thorough. As a single, older woman, I often have anxiety making repairs on my home. Tony took the time to show me the damage to my fascia wood, explained everything he and his team had to do and put my mind to rest. Gold Roofing construction works with Niagara Gutter and the smooth transition between them kept me from having to call and work with separate companies. You will be extremely pleased if you call him or Niagara Gutter to do this work.

You can't go wrong with Gold Construction. During the windstorm on December 12th, a 3 x 6 foot section of shingles were torn from our roof. I called for an estimate on Monday. He came out within an hour to take a look. They came the next day and fixed it. He saved us some worry because rain was in the forecast two days ahead. Tony and his crew are the people you want working on such an important part of your house. The rot and damage from the previous roof had done extensive damage around my chimney and other areas of flashing on my house. They reframed and built back to better than new. I am a very detail oriented person and Tony and every single person on his crew were professional and showed me how and what they were doing. The roof looks absolutely amazing. Had Gold Construction replace our roof after a hailstorm. Team showed up first thing in the morning, tore off the old roof and installed the new in a day! Tony (the owner) was on the job for the majority of the day, and made certain that the roof was installed properly and that all debris was cleared from the yard. DON'T HESITATE - USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give more stars and solidify this companies 5 star rating for as long as possible. 5 stars is simply not enough for the diligent and absolute stellar work this company has done. The owner looked at the roof damage from a storm with the insurance agent and we were able to get full coverage on our roof. As a result we were able to have Gold replace the roof and gutters, but do some additional work for us replacing cracked pieces of siding, updating our shutters, and fixing a foundation wall that had rotted wood. They didn't just fix these issues but put in so much care to ensure it would never be a future problem. That level of service deserves so much more than a simple review. I called Gold Construction in the fall of 2021 when I was having water damage to an upstairs bedroom ceiling. Tony came out and assessed the problem of flashing around the chimney and squeezed me into his schedule to get it resolved before winter. I informed Tony that I was also having ongoing issues with moisture on the outer walls and ceilings in the upstairs room for years and had various contractors offer their opinions of the situation (not one of them roofing) when Tony did an inspection of the previous roofing job on my dormer and found several issues. He recommended having the dormer redone with a rolled roof and reinforced the plywood above the gutters. He took photos before, during and after of the entire process explaining what needed to be corrected. I have had no problems at all during this past winter. I am so grateful to Tony and his crew.I also had Gold tear off and replace my garage roof last month because of its age and condition and they did an outstanding job. His crew is amazing. The yard was spotless when they left. I want to leave this review twice so that Tony and his crew can get 2 x 5 stars, since I can't give him 10 stars here.Tony is a rare breed. Honest, respectful, decent, emphatic. He and his crew took care of my roof but Tony took care of every aspect of the job.My roof was originally denied for a hail damage claim but Tony immediately recognized it was hail damage and worked with my insurance company to get everything taken care of!I have been burned in the past few years when it comes to quality of work that I have paid for, but Tony showed me what quality and reputation is all about, I could not be happier. His crew are all super professional guys, my yard was cleaned up each day and looked great! I had a 'difficult' area left by a siding crew last year, with a weird overhang and rotted wood left behind. Tony made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of and his crew worked all day into the night to take care of it, because rain was coming!! My roof is better than it was originally and Tony made sure it was all vented properly in the end, which it wasn't before he and his crew got here!I don’t think it's a common thing to say these days, but Tony WILL take care of you, so will his crew. A wind storm blew off my 25 ft aluminum awning that was over a patio leaving a gaping hole across the back of my house. I called Gold Construction based on others reviews. Tony called me back immediately. First of all, who does that? He came right out and because I was considered an emergency he was able to start the repairs in a few days. Tony was on sight the whole time with a crew of 5 additional men. They worked on the house for two days and were most respectful of my property and did a great cleanup job. From the start, Tony demonstrated excellent professionalism and he was quickly available to respond to any questions/concerns that I was experiencing in regards to my situation. I was able to be scheduled quickly for a roof/flashing repair and after the repair was completed, Tony showed me what the issue was and took the time & explained what they did to fix the issue the right way. There is also a year warranty on his work and was assured that if for some reason there was an issue, he’d be there immediately to address it. Tony and his crew are beyond professional! They go above and beyond to pay attention to every detail and make sure the job is done perfect! I am thankful to have seen them working on a nearby roof. I immediately noticed the difference and hired them on the spot. Now that my job is complete I have no regrets and highly recommend to anyone who wants their roof done to the best standard possible. On top of high quality material they also spend a lot of time preparing the work area so you do not have ruined landscaping, nails on the ground, etc. The crew is very respectful and you can tell they care about the work they are doing. After a major hailstorm hit our neighborhood many of the roofs needed to be replaced. When we met with Tony we knew that Gold Construction was the contractor to do our roof. Wonderful experience working with this company! Tony and his team were great. We thought we needed a skylight replacement. Turns out the skylight was actually a roof window, which is a much rarer beast and was a special order from Denmark! I believe Tony allocated the installation to be about half a day. However the roof window was way more work than a traditional skylight. They stayed later in the evening than they had planned ( until Sunday down ) and came back the following morning to finish. A 3-4 hour job turned in to twice as long a of a job over 2 days. Tony was awesome about making sure the installation was complete and correct. Additionally he insisted on installing the blind and screen to ensure we were 100% satisfied. It was a unique installation and they didn’t flinch. We can’t thank Tony and the team enough. Great job guys. Highly recommend and we will use in future.Service: Skylight installation

I woke up to water damage to my ceiling and called Gold Construction. Tony answered immediately . He came out the same day, gave me fair and honest estimate and based off his professionalism, decided to hire him. He and his crew came out the VERY NEXT DAY. Tore out my old roof and replaced it with brand new plywood and shingles. Added a few roof vents as well. The crew worked 10 hours to replace an entire new roof in 1 day and haul off the debris from the old one. Highly recommend Gold Construction.
