I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about John McClure. He is by far the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. I hired John for framing, roofing, siding, installing doors and windows, decking, electrical and plumbing, insulation, as well as sheetrock and flooring for a new construction house. He was very dishonest and never finished the work he was paid for. He lied to me and the owner of the house for months and we finally had to cut our losses. I needed to hire another company to fix all of his mistakes and finish all the work he never completed. My engineer who I introduced him to also informed me that he did the same thing to a home owner in Bolton Landing.
