Mike White replaced our roof about 10 years ago - did a great job . Then he replaced some skylights 5 years ago and again did a great job. . We then had a little leak around one of the skylights into our bathroom early this summer and he came right away to fix it and didn’t charge me. He has pressure washed my house and sealed my driveway several times and has always been honest, and professional. He does great work, his crew cleans up carefully after the job is done and his fees are reasonable . I would highly recommend him without reservations.

Mike has done multiple projects for myself and other family members. He does amazing work. He shows up when he says he is going to, the work is completed in a timely manner and the site is cleaned like no one was even there! He even completed my latest roof replacement over a holiday weekend so as not to disrupt the businesses that are in the building. His prices are very competitive, often coming in well under other estimates without sacrificing quality of the work. Mike promptly returned my call for a quote, scheduled the deck, patio and concrete cleaning and did the coating work as quickly as the persistent rainy weather would allow. Mike is a true professionals and a nicer guy with skill and integrity could not be found! He has always done a stellar job sealing my driveway with a quality, lasting product and not so much as a cigarette butt, nail, or shingle shred could be found on my lawn after he did my roof. He also took care of moss creeping in on my shed roof. He has honest pricing and has taken very good care of me and referred him to my sister, who loves him too. I hesitate sharing him tho because I want him all to myself for my projects !!

Michael White repaired our roof and siding after a micro-cell severely destroyed it.He bid 10% higher than the other 3 bids we collected, but he seemed extremely trustworthy.His story line is "I am a Christian, as honest as the day is long, and I want to earn your future business with high quality work".He took 8 weeks to do a job he said would be completed in a week to two weeks. He said we needed "17 to 20 squares of siding" and never told us if he estimated wrong he could not bring back the rest of it. He charged us $700 a square for the siding, ordered 17 squares, only received 15 squares and only used 12 squares. We were stuck with $2,100 of siding we can't use. Again: he never said he could not return the extra if he measured wrong; and using 12 of 17 means he was off by 30%. He used subcontractors, some of them first-time subcontractors. His son would foreman the work, and always came late and went home early. The excuses for the delays were almost endless; often involving some relative that died or was sick and that he had to leave state. At the end he told one of his employees "the work looks good so I am going to try to squeeze them for more money after the job is done". He told us "I would like some extra money at the end beyond our signed contract because I feel my son did a better than expected job". We only paid him the agreed to amount even though he never sided one portion of the house that was requested; and at the end we had an employee call us asking for some money because he said "Mike never paid me my money".I recommend you use anyone but this company. The owner will act like he knows what he's doing; but in reality he seems like he is new to this. We constantly had to walk around the house and point out the things they got wrong. You end up being the foreman even though you are paying him to be that.

Charged me more than he originally quoted. I am now 18 months after he did the work and have two roof leaks. He said roof was guaranteed for 20 years and is nowhere to be found. If I find out how to report this to the attorney general's office I plan to try to prosecute. He also lied in the original review from 18 months ago. Do not trust this person and get the guarantee in writing. His word is meaningless.
