When I first contracted with them to install new gutters 2 years ago, they were prompt, punctual & professional. In 5 hours they had the old gutters removed & the new gutters installed with the gutter dome that they advertise with a lifetime (30 year) warranty. Later that winter, we had a leak where these new gutters had been installed, & when I called them, I was told that the drip edge was causing the problem and that's not covered by the warranty. Wait, what? It was the same drip edge with the old gutters, and we didn't have any leaks. And they told me this over the phone. No one came out to look at it. And I would know if they had because my wife works from home and no one contacted her. Last year, we had no problems. This fall however, one end is detached from the house. I've tried calling Gutter Logic on their 1-800 number and if lucky for it to ring through, the call ends as soon as the line picks up. No way to leave a message. I tried the local number that I have. I get a recording saying your call cannot be completed at this time. I sent a message requesting an estimate on their website thinking that maybe I can get in touch with someone that way. The message said someone will contact me within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. I don't know if they've gone out of business or what. I've heard nothing. But they don't stand behind their work or warranty. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!

Had new gutters installed on our home. The at home estimate was very informative and thorough, scheduling was a breeze. They communicated with me the whole time to make sure the schedule worked for our budgeting and availability. The crew who did the install was fast and professional. I was at work when they installed them, before they left, they FaceTimed with me to show what had been done. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend!

We've used Get Gutters and more a couple times now. Both times we worked with Justin. Both times he gave me a quick estimate and did the work same day. The most recent, we had a leak in our roof. He admitted he wasn't sure what the issue was, but had an idea of what could be wrong. I highly appreciated the honesty, I know nothing about roofs, so he could've lied and said he knew exactly what was wrong and charged me full price, but since he wasnt sure, he cut me some slack on the repair and told me to call if it doesnt solve the leak. Luckily, the leak seems to be gone. Thank for the work Justin! We will call again when we need some help!

Gutter Logic installed new gutters on my house. They leak at the joints and water spilled over causing damage to my landscaping and dampness in my basement. I had to call multiple times to get a call back and sent videos of the issue. Finally a service manager showed up and looked at the gutters and confirmed that they needed repair. He promised to bring a crew and rescheduled 3 times. Now I get no response when I call. The company is completely unresponsive to any calls I make sending me to a service voice mail. I am so disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their product and the quality of the installation is poor. I hope that the company will turn this very negative experience into a positive one by fixing the the problem.

Had Gutters installed on entire home on Sept. 2, 2020, with a 30 year warranty. Gutter fell off house on Feb. 24. 2021. There was extensive damage to house and property. Called company and they referred me to the warranty company. They never came out to the house to see damage and said it was the roofers fault. The roof was installed in August 2020. They "manager" on the phone was rude, would not answer any questions I had, just kept saying it was the roofers fault. She said they googled our home and could tell from the satellite. NEVER CAME OUT TO LOOK AT DAMAGE IN PERSON. I will be going to small claims court.

I needed help with roof to gutter water problems. Sections had facia wood potential rot over time because of poor roofing job.Gutter Logic surveyed the job with me and priced it higher than other estimates. But, I saw the quality of the new gutters that would be hung properly and dent less over time. The measurements were spot on, whereas other estimates were not.A great home improvement, excellent workmanship. The 2 crew even gave me time to paint the new downspout while they finished up. After the first rain, a rubber roof to gutter area still looked questionable. I called the office and within a week they returned and added extra caulking. I'm absolutely happy with the investment.

I had new gutters with screens installed on July 14 and have had nothing but problems from the get-go. They were able to install the gutters, but did not bring the right size screens (even though everything was specified on the agreement I signed.) The following day another staff member came to install the screens and I showed him several large gouges (down to the bare metal) on one of the downspouts that I had not noticed the day before. He didn't have touch-up paint with him, so he took a photo and said he would show it to his boss so that someone could come to repair it.Two weeks went by and I didn't hear back from the company, so I called the main number and was told someone would contact me to fix the problem. Another week went by with no response, so I called the sales rep. I finally got a call-back from service and a staff member came by 3 days later. He was going to replace the damaged downspout section, but didn't have the right size with him. He also didn't have any touch-up paint, so he had to go to the hardware store to purchase some.It's been a dry summer, but on Aug 23, we had a heavy rain and there was a steady stream of water flowing from the end caps on one side of the house. I called the sales rep again, but a week went by with no response from service. I called service and they said I had to call the main number so that they could issue a work order. I did so that day. Another week went by with no response. I contacted the service dept again and they finally sent someone out on Sept 11 to regrout the problematic gutter.Today we had a fairly light rain and the problem actually seems worse on one end of the gutter, with water dripping from the end cap and between the gutter and the roof. It's Sunday so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to call the main number again. Honestly, this is really unacceptable. This gutter system was very expensive and I am extremely disappointed in the workmanship and response to issues.

Had gutters installed in early March. Gutters are high quality but cut short in several spots. Have spoken to 3 different people over 6 months to have this fixed and even had one guy out to look and heard nothing again. Last response was in August and sent pictures on the issue and heard nothing back. I like the product but service is atrocious and local turnover has lead to bad review.

Gutter Logic is a middle man that tries to get you to spend $10,000 on gutter guards. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them. They moved my original install date once because "other jobs took longer than expected." There was confusion about the new date, and even after that was settled they didn't even show up on that date. They did not notify me ahead of time either. Apology after apology, 4 weeks after my original install date on the agreement, my gutters were installed by a third party. I paid a premium, I thought it was because I was dealing with a great company but it was just because I was duped into using a middle man. The installer did great work, I wish I dealt directly with them.

From the salesmen, to the installers the job went perfectly.The installation was done in a very professional manner.It really look great and I no complaints. The team was on time and cleaned up after themselves. The new gutters was the only evidence they were there.I would highly recommend to my family and friends.

I would not recommend Gutter Logic of Rochester/Buffalo. Had gutters installed in June 2020 and have had water leaking between the gutters and the house every time it rains. Sheets of water comes through, which then pools at the base of the house. Installation was obviously done poorly. I've been trying to get it fixed for two months and they don't return calls. Once they said that they would send someone out to take a look and they didn't show. Terrible service, I'm really unhappy that after paying thousands of dollars I'm left with this problem.

The salesperson Todd was knowledgeable and helpful. We arranged to have gutter domes installed on our existing gutters and to have a downspout replaced. The scheduling was a quick turnaround , and the installers Joe and Austin Gravino were very skilled, thorough and efficient. We needed an adjustment and John Isaac from the installation dept. was very helpful and scheduled the work. Joe and Austin came back to make the adjustments and did a very good job. Yesterday we had a heavy rain storm and the gutters worked very well. We are pleased with Gutter Logic and our experience with everyone we worked with. Thank you Gutter Logic.

The salesperson Brianna was very professional, friendly and went over and above her job description to be helpful during this gutter installation.The gutters appear functional but I won't know until it rains again.They did not fix the soffit as discussed at the time of hiring.I'm just glad they eventually showed up to do the gutters at all.

We had gutters installed on our house.First rain had water come into our basement. I called the number the customer service person gave me for the district manager. I left message but call was returned by someone else who promised to come add an extension to downspout but never came. The next rainstorm caused damage to my storage area in basement. I reported damage to my insurance company and did repair myself. 3 weeks later original person who said he would fix downspout called to ask if he could come over to make repair. I informed him he was a major no show and never kept his promise to come over weeks ago. He apologized but I explained to him that telling me he was to busy was not acceptable. Because the district manager could not be bothered to call me back and the employee who made a promise he didn't keep I would never reccomend this company. Now I wait for the insurance company unfortunately.

Gutter Logic had the best price quote and the friendliest customer service. After having a contract with another company and them no showing us, Gutter Logic came out on time for the quote and installation of our new gutters and downspouts, we asked for them to inspect our fascia and they did explained the process with every step and cleaned up any mess they made with a friendly cheerful attitude! Today we received a call from the owner to make sure we were happy with the timing and quality. I couldnt bw happier. I highly recommend.

Had gutters installed before memorial day. I called Gutter Logic to report a problem with water running "Behind the Gutter". They said they would arrange to have somebody come and check, I call again and they say they will have somebody contact me. Nobody calls. I was also supposed to be provided an extendable pole with a brush to clean debris from the gutter guards. Today is August 3,2020, still no brush or response.They say I have a lifetime guarantee (30 years). They won't even stand behind their work for 30 days. I might need to contact another gutter company to correct the problem before winter as I am concerned with ice forming behind the gutter and tearing it off and damaging my house or cause leaking. My suggestion, Contact another company to begin with and avoid having to hire somebody to repair Gutter Logic's work.Today is November 17, 2020. Had gutters installed and "GUTTER DOMES" installed prior to Memorial day. As per my paperwork I was supposed to receive an extendable brush to clear leaves off of the "GUTTER DOMES". As of today I still have not received my brush after Gutter Logic telling me on 2 seperate occasions that my brush would be delivered. Last saturday (11/14/2020) I had to get my ladder and climb up and clean off the "GUTTER DOMES". I wonder in the future, since they REFUSE to provide the brush that was included in the price, if they will come and clean off my gutters free of charge rather than me Needing to get up on a ladder?

The gentlemen arrived on time for the appointment and we went right into what Gutter Logic offered. I was aware of what most services provide. I was unaware of the quality of the product that Gutter Logic provides. The structural integrity of the covers that Gutter Logic provides are much stronger. Water flows through, while debris,...including the gravel that sloughs off of roofing shingles, washes off to the ground. Our gutters have been installed for 3 month now and have proved themselves through no less than a half dozen of the hardest rains the Carolinas has thrown at us. No more waterfall cascades over clogged gutters. The output at the bottom of all the downspouts tells the tale of a lot of water being channeled away from the house as planned.

I received Gutter Logic as an option from Homeadvisor. Initially they estimated $13,000 to replace gutters, replace one section of facial and add a cover guardfor a three bedroom ranch. I expressed concern about the cost. They offered some discounts bringing it to $10,000. There were three more "discounts " with a final offer of $2200.00. I went with another company simply because of feeling taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge. My final cost was$3200.00 and I am 5 star happy with the other guy. Moses the representative was very courteous and professional. He should work for someone who will pay him what he's worth.

The installers came on time, cleaned out the gutters and installed the screens in a very short period of time. Now that the screens have been in place over the winter, no debris is in the gutters, despite the 10 trees around the house. My only complaint is that the sales rep said company employees installed the screens, but in fact an independent contractor did the installation.

We have reached out to,the sales guy for weeks regarding the leaking gutters and the constant dripping. Seems like nothing goes in the guttetrs anymore and causing landscape damage next to the home. The goal was for water to not be next to the house. Not happy at all with the product!!! Very disappointed!!!Update: Months later, still no call backs. Texting, calling and emailing does not seem to help. Someone came out and water tested it, it failed. Said needed to talk to his boss, no one responds. It looks like it will be legal action. I will be contacting an attorney.

So tired of being ignored by SEVERAL different people, as you seem to get someone new each time. Been told I will relay this to management. My gutters are leaking to the point where now my windows are leaking. To start it took me calling Five times to even get a call back, Three times now I was told they would come and fix it. ONCE I was even told they did come and do it when they didn’t. Last week I was told “We WILL be there Wednesday”. Nobody showed!!!! I’ve sent videos to them, still NOTHING!!!!

A gentleman came to my home, gave me an estimate. I advised I wanted to compare with other companies. I followed up a few weeks later with the gentleman but did not receive a response. I also emailed the company, again. No response. I wanted to use the company because of the warranty, the professionalism the representative demonstrated when he came to my house. I believe someone should have followed up to either say they did not want my business or they were too busy.

Just bought a new house and had water coming in the basement during heavy rain. Gutter logic came and installed a setup at the trouble area. I’ve had a few heavy downpours and I am happy to say the gutters took care of the problem! During the storm the water was flowing out of the bottom of the gutter like a waterfall! Works great. Thanks for fixing my problem.

Our gutters were installed a few days ago and we had our first hard rain and they worked perfectly. Of course we will have to wait until fall to give it the leaf 🍃 test, but so far this is the best gutter system out there.

Gutter Logic carries the GutterDome which I found to be the best gutter guard on the market. It is all metal, durable, and they have a 30-year transferable warranty. They also install on top of most gutters, but if you need gutters they can do seamless aluminum gutters. Great company.

The crew did a great job with putting up the gutter dome. They were here early, very friendly and professional. They explained everything they were going to do. They cleaned up and showed me what they did. Now only time will tell if the gutters work properly. Hopefully they will. Would go through Gutter Logic again. Mark, the salesman was prompt, friendly and very professional. He was the reason we went with Gutter Logic.

The rep Danny waited for me bc I was late,then worked w us to figure out our needs and got us to an affordable price point for our budget. We had gutters 3 days later and the installation team was awesome. Answered all my questions and made me feel really good about the lifetime of these gutters. The Company Representatives were courteous and professional and I was very happy with the product. Product seems very durable with an aluminum base and a stainless steel screen. I was also happy that the product did not have to be installed under my shingles.

Workers arrived on time - had to wait for a little rain, but began and finished in between light showers. They were courteous and friendly and explained everything they did. At this point, we are very satisfied but, will know better after we have a real rain storm to see if all the rain water is properly drained with no run over or leaking. So far - so good. The guys did a great job!
