We had a great experience with Sheeley Roofing. I knew we were in good hands from the beginning with Phil and Steve. We replaced an asphalt roof. Garrett and the roofing team were terrific. There was some tough weather near the end of the job but the guys got it done, safely, and with a good clean up. All went well and we're super happy. Steve made sure all loose ends were taken care of. Highly recommend.

Just had my leaking roof shingled by Sheeley Roofing. The total experience was absolutely awesome right from the beginning communication with phone calls and emails from Kelli in the office to a visit and quotes with Phil. From meeting with the project foreman Garrett with material delivery to the day of the actual roof work with his team of six hard working and extremely efficient guys. I needed to get the house done fast because of the leak and now will be contacting them in the future for more work. They are dependable, friendly, efficient and a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend them for any roofing work! I am extremely pleased with Sheeley Roofing, they have a GREAT TEAM and know how to run a business.

Everything from the initial call with Steve to the job and cleanup with Garrett and his crew was great. They met my needs for my roof, replaced our chimney flashing (which was the culprit), took out our skylights (so those won’t be our next issue) and took extra time and care at the end of the day to ensure all the nails and other debris were cleaned up. As a local mold inspector I’ll be recommending them to all of my clients in need of roof repairs/replacement going forward. Thank you for doing such a great job Steve and Garrett.

From the first moment I was in contact with Sheeley, I knew they were the right team to replace my aging roof. Steve, their general manager, was excellent and kept me informed as to what was going on, when it was going to happen and was able to get our project completed in record time.The site manager, Garrett, also was excellent. We had Sheeley re-do our roof this February. They were fantastic. The roof was previously shingled with 3 layers of shingles (not my doing) and had some water damage underneath. Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Pat and his crew installed a standing seam dark brown metal roof on our new construction home. A team of 7-8 men were here for 8 workdays spread over 2-3 weeks. I found Sheeley Roofing in the Home ImprovementYellow Pages and on-line at their very impressivewebsite. Their specific work on old homes and barns seemed a very good fit for the roof painting job needed for the old creamery building in which I live/work. It's a building with a sprawling corrugated metal roof of many levels with many steep slants - a formidable task to undertake. Fortunately for me and this old building, they agreed to take on the job.And what a great job they did! All the staff atSheeley Roofing were very professional, politeand accommodating - a pleasure to work with. The plucky, experienced and careful paint crewdid a thorough job relatively quickly with no mishaps and no mess. I doubt that this old roof has ever looked this good!

Sheeley Roofing completed our new roof last week, and we would recommend them without reservation! The estimate and contracting process with Steve was highly communicative, transparent and timely. He even went above and beyond to share extra color samples with us and then was patient as we made our decision. The install process was scheduled rapidly, and Dan and crew were fantastic. We loved that Dan didn't just replace our rotted plywood, he continued doggedly investigating the cause and then adjusted some of the venting (from the previous installation) to ensure we would not have that issue in the future. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Everything and everyone was professional and easy to work with the whole way through. They clearly care about the work they do and it shows in the results. Even when we hit a minor hiccup (an unexpected storm came through midway through the job, while much of the roof was still exposed) the team stayed well into the night to seal the house with tarps, inspected everything thoroughly the next day before starting again, brought to my attention a spot where strong winds blew water through to the insulation, and then replaced all of the damaged insulation for free.) Gorgeous end result (GAF slateline shingles). Would use again and recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

If you want your roofing job done right by professionals that care, use Sheeley.Sheeley recently put an asphalt shingle roof on my old stone home. The roof is a combination of gable and hip and valley. The job required replacing sheathing and a fair bit of siding and trim. Steve set up the project and Dan supervised the work.The quality of the work is excellent. Job site was neat throughout. Communication was clear from my first outreach to project completion. Roof was complete within a week of contract signing.Highly recommend, we are fortunate in the Mid-Hudson region to be served by this high quality company.

Highest praises all around for Sheeley Roofing! We were about 30yrs in on a drab brown 3-tab shingle that had lived its full life. After dealing with several contractors who took weeks to confirm a site visit for an estimate and then NEVER getting back with a price, we calledSheeley upon seeing their ad in the Bluestone Press. Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank.Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It’s amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can’t recommend them enough. I had two roof leaks and Sheeley roofing representatives (Steve and Patrick) came out very quickly after my initial call to assess the roof and provide me with an estimate, which included two special order skylights. There was an initial problem with the special order skylights, which delayed the project, but Sheeley maintained clear communication with me throughout the delay. Once the skylights were available for installation, my project was scheduled immediately and was completed in a day and a half. The crew worked quickly, efficiently and were friendly and pleasant. Dan, the crew leader, maintained excellent communication with me throughout the project and answered all of my questions willingly and thoroughly. First and foremost, I would HIGHLY recommend Sheeley Roofing if you’ve got any roofing needs. I recently found myself in need of a new roof replacement (asphalt shingles) following a homeowner’s insurance inspection & evaluation. After contacting a number of local roofers, Sheeley Roofing was the most responsive and was quick to set up a visit, assess my roof condition and provide me with a comprehensive quote and install schedule. Communications with their Project Manager Steve was excellent, and their install team, lead by Dan and crew, was top notch, quick and professional. They were able to get my new roof installed within 2 weeks of order, ahead of schedule. That was impressive. They were also able to do some plywood repair on a few rotted areas along the way without missing a beat. Perfect install, no damages and a complete clean up (all in one day). I contracted Sheeley Roofing after another roofer backed out of a project. Patrick came out within hours of my call, inspected the job and provided a quote which was accepted. He even called back a short time later and was able to lower his original quote. We had a difficult time getting metal for the roof due to circumstances beyond his control, but Patrick and Steve were both excellent at communicating status and keeping me informed. Patrick sent out his crew to install the underlayment and drip edge (new construction) so that I would know the roof wouldn't leak. Once the metal arrived (Friday) his team installed the roof on Monday morning. They cleaned up all material after the install. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheeley Roofing.
