Jonathan Guerreo STOLE $10,000 from our growing family. We signed contracts for new windows and new siding. A month after signing we learned that he changed his phone number and never told us. We had to call his window guy to find this out. We then called him and he assured us they were waiting on the window company. Come to find out that was a lie. We followed up weekly with phone calls for 5months and he never returned our calls. He stole our money. He is a liar and a thief. The BBB says his business is closed. He took a reputable 30yr business and sunk it to the ground.

Just had siding and windows done this year. Johnathan and his crew were great. Did and excellent job. No issues. Cale and his father did a great job on the windows. Very friendly. House looks great. Thank you!

Do not trust anyone who came to your home and offered you a roof replacement or siding repair this person Jonathan Guerrero he’s a liar person, few months after the installation of front siding in my house I received a letter from the attorney who said that I had lien on my property said that I have to pay the material they install in my house I pay to Jonathan $5500 for only front siding and $11000 for roof ,the whole job including material everything ,now I have to contact my attorney to see what I have to do. Do not trust this company justexterior plus or Jonathan Guerrero I will post a picture of the poor job they did in my house. .

We had our siding installed 6 years ago. The siding pulled out of the J-channel every year and we had to call several times to get Carlos to come out and fix it. Last year the same problem occurred and again call Carlos to come out and fix the siding and he told us he no longer worked for the company. We left a review on Yelp about Bruce and his crew not responding or fixing the issue with siding. They finally called and Jonathan came out and state he would fix all the issues we had with the siding. Jonathan contacted us in October last year stating he had order the parts and would be out in a couple of weeks. He never came out. Jonathan called us in March of this year stating he didn't forget about us and had ordered the parts but never got back to us. We called several times and left messages with no response. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about Just Exteriors plus and they never responded to the complaint. We posted another Yelp review without a response from Just Exteriors Plus. We are posting this in Google to make all people looking to do business with Just Exteriors Plus be aware that you will not get what you paid for and will waste a lot of time trying to get someone to fix any issues you have. Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Was initially impressed with Jonathan and his crew. The follow up customer service is concerning. Had some issues with lights not secured properly, trim molding, outdoor electrical and minor issues with windows. Most issues have been resolved but only with continuous calls and messages. I have not heard from Just Exteriors Plus regarding outstanding issues with the windows since April 2023. I’ve resorted to contacting the window manufacturer directly who has also been unsuccessful in reaching out. The issues will eventually get resolved by the manufacturer, however the service provided after installation has not been as promised.Edited to add: Just Exteriors no longer has a relationship with Okna Windows. I now have to pay for someone to come in and fix their work as Okna will only cover parts. Jonathan (owner) and Cale (windows) are not honest businessmen. .

Vinyl siding in winter of 2021 and recently a full roof replacement was performed by the crew of Just Exteriors Plus.Both jobs were performed professionally and on time.A few months after the siding job, I noticed a piece of the soffit wasn’t aligned . One call , and they sent over a repair man who fixed it on a weekend. They stand behind their work !When we needed a new roof , Jonathan the owner came out , inspected and photographed the roof so I could see worn and broken tiles .He presented a fair and reasonable estimate using a high quality product . (Owens Corning Duration series)The actual work was accomplished in one day and cleanup and protection of shrubs and lawn was excellent. No nails left behind !I have high confidence and trust in their hardworking crews. Both the siding and roofing jobs were accomplished with no stress.They get the job done right !

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job on our home remodel. From start to finish, he was there to answer all of our questions. Even when we asked them to do some extra work, the crew never said No. We will definitely will use them again in any home projects in the future.Service: Remodeling

A waste of time trying to get a quote. Called to set up an appointment and received a callback from Jonathan who set up an appointment for the next day. Nobody showed up for the appointment. Tried to contact them but could only leave a message. Jonathan called back the next day and wanted to re-schedule for another day. Then he changed his mind and said he was too busy to come. Thoroughly unprofessional.

Vinyl siding repair request was declined as he didn't have the manpower to spend 1 man spend half a day doing repa8.... not enough profit I guess.
