Maya Construction has done several jobs at our home. They initially came recommended from a local historic church where the team did an amazing painting job. After hiring them the first time, they got right to work and it felt like we had scaffolding going up the next day. I liked the painting work so much, I also hired Reynaldo's team to do a ton of custom masonry with reclaimed bricks around my property. In fact, I just hired them back again a third time for some bluestone and paver work as well as to apply polymeric sand. The team shows up on time, works hard, and does quality work. Maya Construction refinished two chimneys and all exposed foundation wall and one wall where the facia was damaged.The finish is really excellent and has made a huge difference to the street appeal of the house.I must commend Reynaldo and his team for a professional approach to the project.The team where on time and worked succinctly.The Project was completed on time and to my absolute satisfaction.

It's a rare occasion for me to hire an outside contractor having retired from the construction industry. Since age is catching up to me I'm unable to handle some of the challenges of owning a home. Last year my chimney needed repointing and this year my outside foundation walls needed some work.Since was I satisfied with the repointing last year I brought MayaConstruction 1 back to stucco the foundation. So far all work is done to my satisfaction and next year I'm looking forward for pavers on my front walkway. The crew shows up on time, protects property, works neatly with professional results. In todays climate Reynaldo has done an amazing job hiring people with the skills to perform these tasks.

I hired Reynaldo and his crew to fix some damaged stucco on my home after having several contractors out to get quotes.Reynaldo was by far the most knowledgeable and thorough when he came out to view the project. He also was extremely responsive from day 1.Once contracts were signed to begin work, he and his team got right on it. They are definitely the type to show up early and leave late.In just about a week they masterfully fixed a damaged stucco spot that had frustrated me for a good while. You could never tell damage had occurred. They also fixed the issue that had caused the damage.Once the job was complete Reynaldo came out personally to do a final walk through to make sure everything met our standards. They had not only met my standard, they had in fact far exceeded my expectations.In summary, he and his team do things the right way. And I would recommend them to anyone who asked. It was a great experience working with them.

Reynaldo and his crew did 3 different repairs at the same time: 1. Repair a rock veneer that was separating from my foundation, 2. Increase my brick chimney height, and 3. patch an interior concrete foundation. They completed all three jobs quickly and professionally. Reynaldo was very responsive and available during the quote process right through to completion. Would recommend Maya Construction and would use them again.

They charged us 500 dollars for just a quote on painting the stucco of our house. The quote came out to 80,000 on a 1500sqft house. They also were completely unprofessional and left our property before even consulting us on the price. Absolutely felt scammed out of 500 dollars and ended up not using them.

Renaldo's efforts to reduce the scope of work done is the reason I am writing this negative review! I had to insist a section of stucco be replaced, he just wanted to skim over that loose section. One coat of paint even though his contract stated primer + two coats. Find another stucco contractor!!!
