I do business with Curtis Lumber through my business NO Problem Solutions all the time. They're great!Today my Gnarly Roomate Shreddy Gnar Gnar and neices and Taylor Gnarstachio spread some Peace, Love & Gnar (Shreddy and I are pioneering The Peace, Love & Gnar Industry ... we've actually founded a charity dedicated to it ✌️❤️🤙) at their Annual Petapalooza!If you don't know, now you know #iykyk ... hope to see y'all there next year, but it's hard to make these types of events with Shreddy because someone has to run the business 😕

really disappointed with your company- i ordered over 1000.00 dollars in lumber to get delivered, they said all of the stuff was gonna be in within 2 days and then they would call me to make a delivery appointment. 2 weeks later still no call to set up delivery so i called and the guy on the phone was rude, when i was trying to find out when my delivery was gonna be done. they finally got the delivery set for today after 1pm- bc they said they only have afternoon deliveries left so i took it. i get a call at 7:20am to let me know they were 5 minutes away with the delivery. i told him the people i had on the phone said it would be in the afternoon and i was already gone for work. luckliy my wife was still home. the lumber shows up, she tells them where to put it. the driver was pissed he had to use the moffet to move the lumber around back of my house and he couldnt just drop it and leave. When i placed the order they said it wouldnt be an issue. he was rude to my wife, cursed and complained the whole time and the lumber showed up and it wasnt wrapped, i told them it was gonna sit outside for a week or 2 before i used it and it still didnt come wrapped like it was suppose to. i told her not to say anything bc i needed the lumber and i would take care of it. I wanted to give my business to the local company instead of the bigger companies but i wish i didnt this time as the other stuff i ordered from home depot showed up on time and wrapped, and there driver was fantastic. over all this was a really bad experience with a company that should have better customer service then that. i hope someone reads this and it doesnt happen to someone else

Wonderful group of people that are prompt, knowledgeable & conscientious. The new building is beautiful. I haven’t been In their store for 15-20 Years. Thanks to Nick for the help.

My experience with the sales ordering has beengreat, very on top of things. Our kitchen not so,waiting going on month 3, sales girl newer and little experience, did a great job on design but moves on and no attention given to our order, our friends ordered through a contractor and have their kitchen. No discounts here, paying premium and still have to wait.

I bought a Bilco door through Curtis Lumber in East Greenbush NY. It has a lifelime warranty. After only 9 months rust stains bled through the factory anodized coating which is supposedly more durable than paint. Taylor Thies at Curtis forwarded my photos and rust issue to the Bilco reps. I got a response from the Bilco reps in24 hours who addressed my complaint and are working to give me a new Bilco door.Taylor Thies was very helpful, responsible and fast to assist me with the Bilco door issue.Gary B

Friendly staff, store is clean and organized, but the selection of items is not the greatest. If you need lumber, they will have what you need, anything else, your better off at an ACE hardware or HomeCheapo

Tv commercial says its in East Greenbush? I actually its in the town Schodack On Rt 9-20, stopped in the new store looking for flooring and after 30 minutes left with nobody to assist.
