When my wife and I embarked on selecting a company to re-side, re-roof, and install a new front door we immediately thought of Franzoso because we wanted to job done right. From the very first contact with the project estimator, Glen to the final touches on the project, we knew we were in the hands of responsive professionals who prioritize quality work and customer satisfaction. For example, unanticipated necessary repairs were explained clearly and handled efficiently, and all work was driven by the goal of doing the job correctly. Workers are highly skilled and respectful, and job managers highly responsive to any customer concerns. Much care was given to the property around the house during work, and I will be forever impressed by how neat and orderly the job site was kept. Not only are my wife and I thrilled with the final project, we have received numerous positive comments and compliments from neighbors, friends, and relatives about the beauty of the new siding, roof, and front door. Working with Franzoso has been a wonderful experience, and I will definitely consider them for future projects.

Franzoso replaced 9 double hung windows (wonderfully and thoroughly), the entire roof (a lot of work, and went smoothly), a custom arch-top storm door (airtight now), and the gutters/ leaders (not so great: workers damaged windows, the gutter guards allow rain spillover, holes in stucco from the old downspouts were not patched). For full service, attentiveness, professionalism, I truly appreciate Franzoso's many construction divisions and salesman Mike--I will definitely hire again when needed!

I am beginning a project with Franzoso Contracting (my roof specifically). I heard nothing but wonderful things about this company, and everyone was absolutely right! So far, I have met with Richard and dealt with the women in the office via email. Everyone is so nice, quick, and responsive! Already very pleased with their service. I will write another review after the roof is done as well. I plan to use Franzoso for a few more projects as well! Thank you all!Update: my roof was little done in ONE day! The guys got here, letting me know they were coming, and just banged out the job! They did this the night before a huge snowstorm so I wouldn't have to deal with anymore leaks! The roof looks beautiful. My town has annoying neighbors who complain about everything including the dumpster that was used and these poor guys came out in the snow to remove it. I apologize for that, but just know I am happy to have worked with you all and THANK YOU

Professional from beginning to endScope of work included a new patio door and a window replacement above our front door. Glenn came and - after listening to us - explained in knowledgeable detail all our options. All questions answered to our satisfaction we made a comfortable decision and received what we felt was a fair proposal. Work began within a week of the estimated start date. Joe - through emails - kept us informed and quickly answered any further questions. Construction crew arrived and the professionalism continued. As promised work was completed in two days. Our home was left neat and clean. Warranty followed via email with a thank you note.Thank You as well!

We searched for a roofing company for a year. We had lots of people give us recommendations. We contacted a few of them we weren't impress with any of them. We finally contacted Francisco. They sent a representative over check out our roof and gutters. ( He climbed on our roof and actually checked) . Explained how they would do the job gave us s price and stated to give them a call when we were ready. They were Professional from the first day until competition of the job. They cleaned up the mess and left everything clean.

If you beleive I reviewed thousands of positive Google and Guild Quality reviews & to take advantage or scare potential clients away, you're more then welcomed to your belief.Thank you for letting the public know my review was well scripted, it shows thought was put into the review vs random rants. The only item you wrote in your response which surprised me was the comment regarding Ty, your Sales Consultant stating I was going to “run us over with a bus, then back it up and run us over again”.As far as Ty is concerned. I have no issue with him what so ever.He's a solid guy and extremely understanding. Nothing put good experience working with him. I even reached out to today to let him know that was the case. Once again...Ty is solid.As far as delays of the project, that never was an issue. Everything was completed in the designated time frame you stated in the contract. Work was appx 2 days. Jan 15th started, January 16th delay to to weather issues (snow) and completed on the 17th.It's great you have all correspondence and took the opportunity to review all items necessary. Once again Mr. Franzoso I wish you nothing but success in the future.Regards

We used Franzoso for our first real project in our home. They replaced two outdated broken windows in our kitchen with one large BEAUTIFUL window. Through the whole process they were so easy to work with and responsive. For the day of the project, they did top quality work, and we could not be happier with the finished product. This company is wonderful. We needed to replace two very large and old doors - one a french door and the other a sliding door that were letting out a ton of heat. We worked with their salesman Doug Toback who was awesome and worked through several options in order for us to find the best value. We then coordinated the installation with Dan Gile who has to be the nicest New Yorker I've ever met :-) The installation was done by Steven - a gentleman who has such a can do attitude, is efficient and so respectful. He and his colleague had to carry the very large and heavy sliding door up a steep hill in our snowy backyard and when I apologized for the hassle - told me it was no big deal at at all - it's their job and they're happy to do it. The doors turned out GREAT!! So pretty! So easy to open and close and simply beautiful. They all wore masks from start to finish too. Very happy and would definitely recommend to others.

Tino and his partner worker did a superb job in my condo. They removed the entire sliding glass door and screen door from my livingroom leading out to my deck. There was water coming through the existing door structure and running down the inside walls into my basement ceiling and one wall causing extensive water damage. They replaced all the bad and rotting siding around the perimeter and recorked the perimeter and then replaced back the existing door structure. Besides that, they had to remove expensive pull curtains that ran across entire door. This included the complete rod assembly and attachments securing it to the wall. They replaced it after job was completed, and it operates better then before job. Tino was a gentleman and a complete professional. Answered all my questions and concerns. The clean up was thorough and spotless. On a 10 basis , he and his partner get a 10 in my book, A 5 star job. Thank you, Robert H.

When it comes to getting quality work done you need to call someone with a great reputation, even if it costs a bit more than the other guy. Just had 10 windows installed and couldn’t be happier. From point of contact, Glenn, who walked me through the whole process and really helped me keep the cost down as much as possible. Then there was Joe keeping in touch with me regarding my order and explaining to me any delays and there were delays but this was worth the wait. Then the installation, Romero and his crew were on point! They were prepared for anything which was fantastic since this house loves to dole out surprises on a regular basis. They were on time, professional and provided an excellent quality of work. In the middle of waiting for the windows I called Glenn back because I discovered I needed gutters. He came out the next day, gave me a quote and within a week brand new gutters and really great quality. All in all I am beyond satisfied with the job they did, it seems to be a true team effort at Franzoso and they are a well oiled machine! Information from salesperson is not truthful. Salesman never disclosed that you have to apply to the loan payment when you decide to hire them. Then, he did not give any amenities. Company wants their money up front after job is done! Head worker tells you that the workers will inform you of any need for wood boards at an extra cost of more than $100 but do not tell you until they place wood on roof. You cannot ask them to stop.Should have gone with Cassonova Roofing!!!!
