WOW! This company is fantastic. Not only did they give us a really great price to replace our roof, they also got the job done in 4 hours with ONE person doing the work. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing perfectly. Our four seasons room porch roof was damaged in the winter storm in March and they had to replace the entire roof and rebuild our soffits, it looks amazing and I will always recommend this company to anyone who need their roof repaired. This was my second roof job done by Phelps Brothers.Called for estimate. Sales guy showed up on time, looked over my roof, climbed 2 stories to see condition of roof, emailed estimate within the week. Roughly same price as other estimates received. Contracted with Phelps Brothers, crew showed up on time along with 2 foremen, started work right away, removed all roofing materials, drip edge, felt papers, pipe caps and replaced with better materials. Supply truck lifted shingles on top of house. Crew hung netting down front and back of house to protect landscaping and collect old shingles as they were removed. New shingles installed, crew cleaned up all scraps, nothing found after they left. 2000 Sq. Ft. of shingles installed in 7 hours. Amazing. These men and women are true professionals. Beautiful looking roof in less than a day.

Phelps Brothers replaced the roof on our log home 11/11/2021.During the heavy rain on 12/18/2023 we noticed water infiltration from the roof on the second floor. Called Phelps Brothers and scheduled an inspection for 12/19/2023 to determine source of the leak. After closer inspection outside I determined some mortar joints in the brick chimney had failed and were most likely the source of the leak. I called Phelps Brothers and cancelled the inspection on 12/19/2023. Got a call on 12/20/2023 from Josh at Phelps Brothers saying he wanted to look at the roof to be sure there was no problem with their workmanship. After his thorough inspection he determined the problem was indeed the chimney. How many companies go out of their way these days to ensure complete satisfaction with their product?Great people to do business with and are highly recommended.

Phelps Brothers did a wonderful job on our new roof. Our home was considered a “quadruple threat” by many other companies, and we were intentionally over-quoted or ignored by everyone else. Phelps came to the rescue and was straightforward with us about the challenges our situation posed, explained their plan of attack, and worked with us every step of the way. Jamie and his crew were incredibly courteous to our neighbors, especially those we share a driveway with. They showed up on time and worked like a well oiled machine to get our roof done. I don't write many google reviews, but thought Phelps Brothers roofing deserved a strong review. From the original scoping/quoting with Rob Phelps, the rescheduling with Erin in the office, and Tony on-site via the execution of the project, the entire team was very professional. I had to delay my project because of a chimney repair and Phelps Brothers was very flexible and supportive. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Both the crew and Damon were amazing very good at handling any problems that arise. And I’m so pleased at how quickly the roof was completed. The crew cleaned up everything. After a tree fell on my house during a cold snap which resulted in 13 penetrations in the roof we called Phelps. They responded immediately and removed the limbs and tarped the roof to prevent further damage. Damon and the crew returned and removed and replaced the roof in record time. They were polite and efficient, they showed up ready to go and when they were done they cleaned up and there was considerable clean up required. I highly recommend them. Where can I start? I just want to say that Phelps Brothers Roofing has been a blessing to me. My roof was done prmany years ago by previous owners. However. It was bad looking. It was also leaking. I called Phelps Brothers to replace the roof. Upon removing the old shingle there was no plywood lay down. My roof required 100 pieces of plywood. Let's say that wasn't something I had in my budget. Well the owner and his team basically got me the plywood for free. I only had to contribute a small amount towards the additional expenses. They took off thousands of dollars from the original cost. I can't thank them enough. May God continue to bless and enlarge your business MR Phelps.

In and out like 9 little elves..Did a great job. picked up every little scrap..replaced 7 pieces of plywood,edge trim and flashing around chimney,shingled 68 squares and did a 20x12 ft.rubber roof in 6 hrs..looks great.come first down pour will be the test..lol

I couldn't have found a better roofing company than Phelps! They are professional and responsive from the first phone call to the finished product. I phoned Jason with worries about my leaky roof and he was at my house the next day to provide a free inspection and quote. Now that's great service! The project manager assigned to our roofing project, Damon, couldn't have been nicer! He answered all of my many questions, no matter how basic, in a very kind and respectful way. He made me feel comfortable asking any question to put my mind at ease. The best part about using Phelps is that a crew of 6 or more show up first thing in the morning with a project manager and they are completely finished tearing off your old roof and installing a new one in one day! We just had our 30+ year old roof replaced by Phelps Brothers. I would definitely recommend them. The initial inspection, estimate, etc was professional and thorough. When we had to postpone for 6 months, they accommodated us with no increase in cost. Their work crew was efficient, professional and knowledgable. Damon, the crew supervisor, was outstanding. He explained what they were doing, when, and why. He answered many superfluous questions on my part. He took extra care to protect the landscaping and gardens around our house.The job was completed in exactly the amount of time we were told. We had one small, esthetic item that we asked Damon to change and he and his team came back promplty. I noticed after a recent thunderstorm that we had a small leak from our ceiling. I called Phelps Bros. and had a guy come out to inspect it. I was expecting the typical "you need a completely new roof " solution to my problem. Nope, it turned out to be a quick fix of a pipe boot. I appreciate this company's honesty. I heard about them from a neighbor who had his entire roof redone and he said they were good. I'll be sure to recommend them to others too. 👍

Had a very small repair job I really didn't think anyone would be interested in because it's not a big money maker. But Eddie Phelps came over just a couple days after we talked and did it for me. Great job, super reasonable price and a real nice guy. Usually I can't even get contractors to call me back!
