Kasey came to my home, observed what needed to be done which he explained in detail. He then gave me a better quote for the entire job than other roofing companies I had contacted.His crew arrived on the scheduled date and time and immediately went to work. By the end of their first day, the old was removed, repairs were made and the majority of the new roof was put on!By the end of the second day the job was 100% complete and his awesome crew cleaned the job site of everything, leaving it immaculate..There were no add on or surprise expenses.. We used Bayview contracting to replace our 21 year old roof and couldn't be happier with the results. From the beginning Kasey was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process.His team replaced the roof in 2 days, even working through the rain to make sure the tarp was secured so we experienced no leaks. I had heard good things, so I reached out. Lots of communication issues with Kasey from the start. Days that he promised he'd come he didn't show and he didn't call. I had to keep reaching out. I ultimately decided to give him a chance and hired him. Instead of using his own crew, however, it turns out he subbed out the job to someone else. And that subcontractor put me in the middle between them as he asked me to lie to to say he had finished the work when it wasn't finished so that he could get paid and have money for the weekend. I didn't appreciate the drama and the hostile relationship between the two of them.Further, the work wasn't done correctly...I have leaks in my attic. The crew also didn't tarp my front yard or clean up correctly...so a roof nail in the front yard cut my dog and a roof nail in the driveway ended up in my tire.Kasey promised to come back in Fall 2021 to check the work...he never showed.Overall an incredibly negative experience and would not recommend him.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

Replaced an old roof which didn't have leaks a little over a year ago. Since the install, house has had multiple leaks they they have not addressed. On their website, they claim that they are GAF certified. After speaking with GAF, was told that Bayview Roofing "isn't now nor has ever been certified."Service: Roof repair
