Eli and his team are great! They want the final product to look as good as we do and so they paid attention to every detail. They were on time, did clean and fast work, and finished the project when they said they would. Eli took us around a countertop showroom when I couldn’t decide on one and helped us find the perfect one. He and his team also took extra care with a water issue in my kids’ rooms and we really appreciated the concern with safety. He keeps professional records and complied with building needs. Most importantly, we love the kitchen we designed with him and his team! Beautiful work all around!

We hired Liam construction to renovate our apartment on the Upper East Side. The work included: complete kitchen renovation, electrical wiring, fitting of bathroom accessories, construction of built in closet, painting of the apartment and polishing of the wooden floor. Eli and his staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Eli advised us on the best solutions without imposing on us. He took us to a lot of showrooms to select the tiles, paint, bathroom accessories, etc until we found what we like.The workmanship was of the highest quality and was delivered within the agreed timeframes .We highly recommend Liam construction for any contractual work.
