I hired cook sons roofing and painting to do my roof and Other modifications. I was very happy with the customer service provided. Mr. Cook went above and beyond my expectations And agreements stated in the contract. He was within budget of his Original quote he gave me. And there was no issues throughout the job. I have referred him to many family members and associates of mine and Have not encountered any problems With cooking sons roofing and painting. No only is he a talented roofer with many years of experience under his belt, it turns out he is pretty good handy man as well both major and miner repairs under his belt. He takes the time to ensure quality work and at reasonable prices. Cook and Sons guarantees warranties for up to thirty years with products and repairs. He is friendly and family oriented. Josh Cook and crew failed to complete exterior house/garage painting; leaving some siding and molding totally unpainted, left blotchy or see-through areas on alleged painted surfaces, over and under painted window frames and porch railings, did not properly fill gaps and holes, failed to clean spilled paint, and did not clean up paint scrapings as promised. The paint crew was unprofessional in overall workmanship in spite of a written guarantee. The owner, Josh Cook, was provided both written and photographic evidence of problems, said he would correct them, but never showed to make corrections. Cook & Sons did not make restitution for paint and time I took to make the corrections. Cook & Sons is using photos of the general paint work on their website as evidence of proper workmanship. Cook & Sons failed to respond to a Small Claims Court complaint and the Court issued a Judgment against Cook & Sons. I would NOT recommend Cook & Sons for ANY painting projects.Services: Exterior painting, Exterior painting

I noticed a sag in our roof. Found Cook & Sons on Google. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great communication of status and when needing to leave to get supplies. We have a flatter roof so Josh took pictures to show me the issues and different stages of the repair. Clean up was awesome just like he wasn't here.Service: Roof repair

I recently started renovating my house and had some hard to reach places to paint. I just happened to also have noticed some shingles missing from a shoddy roof repair last year. I called Josh and he came the same day and gave me an estimate. I didnt even need to call anyone else, he knew what needed done and was very reasonable. He finished the job the next day and I couldnt be happier. He knows his stuff and isnt afraid to get dirty if he needs to (i left a lid on a paint can loose and he got covered, but didnt mind). I couldnt have asked for a better experience (i have had some bad ones). Price was perfect and the work was spotless.10/10 would recommend.
