Had house and garage roof done four years ago. Paid 10k for garage. Instead of tearing off the rotted wood ( A very small section about 10x10) Randy Tar papered over it! And he did it length wise not width. Width wise right to left.Tar paper rolls don't cost 10k, only about $300 total back then.Now I have a VERY LARGE LEAK.Had some issues with the house roof. Other roofer said Randy cut corners with nails, supposed to be five per shingle he used three. He never ran the weather prevention underlayment under the metal edge.Caused an interior front room leak.He also kept any left over materials.NEVER HIRE AGAINSteve and Dawn.!
