Amazing customer response and reasonable cost for the installation. Found that we had a leak in the supply to our hot water heater this morning. Called AJ Leto at 1:32 and left a message. Call back at 1:37. 1:54 a text that the technician was on his way. Darren arrived and looked over and discussed options, decided replacement was the best route due to the advanced age of our water heater. He called and found there was availability at the supply house and arranged for it to be picked up by Joel and brought over to the house. Old one out, new one installed, all done by about 3:30.

Darren arrived and assessed the problem with the pilot on the water heater. He was very informative and pleasant. We ended up having to replace the water heater. He ordered the water heater, drained the old one , replaced it and hauled away the old one. He cleaned up everything. Never became flustered. Always courteous.

Of course you never want to have to buy a furnace but I was glad I went with AJL&S. The service men responded quickly for the initial visit as well as the day that the service was scheduled. They were very neat and professional during the service which I appreciated because they spent the entire day in my basement. Thank you to Dave and Cory for their hard work!

Repair was fine. As far a cost, $189 just to come to the house. I thought about $100 per hour after that. Maybe $30 for parts. 2.5 hours later it cost me a little over $800 total. That's about $350 an hour. Don't waist your money going medical school, become a plumber. At least the sink drains now.

We are more than pleased with the service received from Leto and Sons Plumbing. Our WH installers, Steve and his helper, were on time, friendly and very professional. Called them to fix our furnace issue ( which was not running ). They were very professional and helpful from start to end. Cole explained everything in detail and also send everything he did in report. End up getting their yearly service plan .Must say that all the good reviews and ratings they have are for a reason. So far happy with their services.

I first started using Leto 2012 when I first moved here. They came did the work correctly first time, the price was great. I started dealing with different comp had to call them back work wasn’t done correctly then they charge me off the roof. As with AJ Leto &Sons workmanship is great and the price equals the work. I would refer any and everyone to patronize this company. Their one of the few left with consideration for the consumer…Ps lm here for the long run….

Very satisfied with the fast and friendly service. I called other companies for furnace service when my furnace stopped working. The other companies told me 3 weeks to get anyone here to look at it. One company even told me to call someone else. A.J. Leto and Sons Plumbing and Heating not only got to my furnace in fast time but also replaced it much faster than I expected. Called to have kitchen disposal replaced. Service tech arrived on time,an d explained the charges before proceeding. The installation was performed and tech left. he pointed out that our kitchen faucet was leaking as well, and we decided to purchase our own faucet and have that installed later along with some other work we were planning to do. The tech left but when we ran our dishwater unit it stopped draining and shut off as the dishwater empties thru the disposal. Tech returned with an hour and had to "punch out" the tab in the disposal, the unit emptied and tech left. Today, the disposal runs but the trap to the drain is now leaking. Will call them but not sure if I want any additional work done as I'm disappointed to say the least.Leto’s has returned and installed new faucets, fixed the leak on the connection to the disposal, we were satisfied they addressed the problem

As always, my emergency was their 2 hours start to finish run of the mill job. I called frantic on Monday morning and they were here just as I finished sucking up water.New hot water tank and a furnace fix and done. 2 hours flat.Cannot recommend them higher.Outstanding service, workmanship, and they stand behind everything they do.Update 1-10-2024Another absolutely perfect job.The last few weeks of 2023 were demanding, hot water tank went, pressure valve on boiler went, then the main drain went.Each time, AJ Leto came thru with flying colors.Great service, great employees, from office workers to the guys on the street, everyone is friendly, courteous, and an excellent value for $ vs. quality.Always my go to for plumbing issues. My sump pump stopped working and had water backing up in the cellar. Called for service and a technician came within the hour. My pump works, but had issues with the float that got stuck along the sides of the unit. Luckily, that was the only problem. I will definitely use their services again!

The plumber explained how the sink's original hoses and "wiring" had never been properly installed. He showed me how holes had been left around the hoses. Consequently, mice had been able to get into the house through these holes. The original contractor who put in the sink had done a less than adequate job. I am very pleased with the work of the plumber from A. J. Leto & Sons. Especially, I appreciate the fact that he explained the issue to me in a way that was not condescending. I have no knowledge of plumbing issues and his explanation of the problem was helpful.
