I ordered a very expensive outdoor kitchen which they designed and installed. The quality of the installation was awful. I ordered the kitchen in April. They came for 2 days in July to install. The installation was not completed and had all kinds of problems. Doors didn’t open, drawers didn’t close properly, one cabinet had no base, the concrete counter they created and installed was defective, and the burners and grill weren’t functional as installed . We discussed and they repeatedly agreed to fix all the problems. We are now in December. We lost the entire summer and fall usage of this kitchen. Other than to remove the baseless cabinet and defective counter they have neither returned to complete the job or responded to multiple attempts to communicate.to get a date certain for resumption and completion.Service: Design

I contacted John at Oasis during the pandemic to build a high end custom outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Throughout my job we had tons of excuses, personnel quit, he fired personnel etc etc. I held back some money on the install and good thing I did because despite many guarantees my job not only never got fully completed ( paint not completed etc) there are multiple issues one year later that of course they are unresponsive to fix. I wanted to always give them a great review but they failed at every level despite many promises.Service: Concrete masonry

I made an appointment. They showed on time. Seemed knowledgeable. Super nice person and very respectful . Was all set to start planning and design. Was told i would get a call to further talk about everything. The timing was off which was very understandable considering my work schedule and there's. However i was told i would get a call and we worked out the time. And never got a call. 3 days later they said they would call next day and its almost 3 weeks since they came here. Which was a shame. The site looks like there work is amazing but how can we proceed when we can't get a follow up. The sad part is we were prepared to spend close to 200 grand on everything. And they missed out on the work. Not that it would break there bank obviously but it is a big contract.. No contractor in Pennsylvania is worth a pot to piss in. Figured they were from Ny and we got lucky. Turns out not so lucky. We did find an outside company to come and make do but it is a shame. I hope things turn around for them.

This deck project turned out amazing! Hard to choose my favorite space (sitting under the beautiful custom built pergola or at the high top kitchen watching my husband grill?!!). Very professional and easy to work with!
