Went to buy soil now that the weather is warming up. We waited for over an hour to just get 6 bags of soil and we ended up leaving without anything. We asked if they would be able to grab the 6 bags and were told drive around the mulch pit ourselves and we’re not given any other option. Super disappointed and now driving home without anything to show for my hour and a half visit.

Today I visited home Depot to pay my home Depot card and do a little light shopping. I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was well staffed and clean. I purchased a diamond file and cordless Dremel rotary tool. I got the brushless motor version. I also was able to get a glass and stone polishing kit. Very excited. I drove from Ithaca to shop at this store in particular.

Worst service ever. I bought 2 pallets of cement, mulch and rubber mulch. I requested driver to put it in my empty garage. Which is really easy accessible. But he said he can’t drop it in garage even he has the fork lift. He left those pallets outside which can get effected by rain. Cement can get wet. Worst policy they have. I won’t buy single penny stuff from Home Depot ever. There are tons of other options.

Far to many incompetent employees. They have told me multiple times that they don't carry products that i have found in the store after the fact. Many employees put in little to no effort in helping you to find items and act as if it's an inconvenience to be asked for help. That being said there are some great people there that go above and beyond and they definitely stand out bc most just stuck.

I ordered a new microwave from Home Depot and this is how they installed it. At first glance it looks like it was properly done until you open the cabinets and see that the bolts that are meant to support the microwave were not screwed in properly, are on an angle, and the microwave wobbles when operated. The installers didn’t bring their tools and needed to borrow mine, which they damaged by stripping the Phillips head bolts as seen in the photos. They drilled an extra hole in my cabinets and still managed to mess up. Do not use Home Depot for installationUpdate: After contacting the managers (several times) I was able to receive a full refund, and they apologized, which I do appreciate. This is why I am adding back two stars. Overall, this is still where I will go for my home improvement supplies as the people working there are great, honest, and helpful. I still don't recommend the installers (who come in from out of town) but at least the workers in the store, as well as the management, are great to work with

My fav store. Love how easy they make things for pros.. never a problem picking up, paying, or returns all kinds of complicated customer and business accounts. Their credit card sucks though, rates just went up to 30% and they give me the smallest limit, it's literally useless. Lowe's gave me like 10x the credit right out the gate

I don't know how this store stays in business!!! There's NEVER an employee to wait on a customer, ESPECIALLY in the plumbing department! My most recent attempt was yesterday. I needed someone to thread some gas pipe, I asked one clueless associate who paged someone to the pipe threader. Ten minutes later, I did what I have done SEVERAL TIMES, I called the store and asked for someone to help me. Another page over the intercom..... Ten minutes later, I left as the customer service desk was paging an associate from the plumbing department to come to the front desk.. REPEATEDLY!!! This store is hands down the absolute worst!!!!!!

Went to pu mulch, noone in nursery area so paid at a register. They said men are outside to load vehicle. Nope! Nobody there as customers lined up wondering what's going on. I called inside store to ask what's up, knowing people were at the service counter, but noone answers the phone. 4/22/24, about 1130am, very inattentive store.

Most of the staff have little to no knowledge about the products in their section. So if you need advice on any home projects I would urge you to reach out to an actual contractor who has plenty of first hand knowledge. I had a customer that when he first met me, decided to ask one the staff working at the prodesk for what he should buy and somehow my advice was disregarded... Well, that ended costing my customer an extra 100 bucks, but at least my customers know that they can trust me.

Nothing is where you think it would be. Had to ask where wet/dry vacs were. Got directed to ratchet straps and lumber...yep, I never would've found vacs. In that isle, vacuum parts were ripped open and scattered. So if you need a 3 piece set, it has only 1, maybe 2 if you look around. What a disaster!! At least I found a filter!

The women’s bathroom hand dryers don’t work. No paper towels around. The entire store is dirty and shelves are way over due on dusting. Nobody greets you or asks if you need anything. This pic doesn’t do justice. If hubby was saying how filthy it is you know it’s bad.

I stopped to buy a light bulb for my oil warmer. Finding someone to help was a joke in itself. I get home with the recommended ones (nearly 7 bucks for a two pack, 25 watt bulbs. It instantly popped when I screwed it in. I have tried twice to call, again today I waited on hold for over 15 minutes, still no answer. They will take the bulbs back or else.

A place you can come down too and get real good price . They will attend to you with whatever needs you are requiring about . Just look for a representative at the customer's area or go directly to the area where you are in need of product there will always be somewhere around there a Rep to ask questions and be of help. If your a shopper at home depot you'll know they can price match anything as long you have proof from competitors on hand. Highly recommended. Great staff .If use are in the Dickson City Area stop bye and see Danielle she takes her Job seriously attends to issue's, staff, and work related things as it should be done .

Truly disappointed with Home Depot’s policies. My daughter purchased a above stove microwave for my 75th birthday. She had it shipped to my home. Unfortunately it will not fit into my small space kitchen. My son attempted twice to return it. First time without my daughters receipt. Which I can almost understand. He then tried to return it mind you unopened in the original box with my daughters receipt sent via email. They still refused to even give us a credit. I will no longer do business with them on or off line. Apparently this is their online policy. I call it consumer burn. Now we have a 400 dollar above stove microwave which is of no use. My daughter is out 400 dollars. I will warn and rewarn friends and family to not do business with home depot online unless you are 100% positive it will fit. Home Depot never ever again will you get another dollar from us.

Most of the staff are usually fantastic but seems like you may need a complete rehaul of your delivery bay workers. Especially an older man that had an apron on with the name “Marty”. One of the worst workers I feel like I’ve ever met. Complaining the whole time and just being an absolute grump. Whole crew seemed like they wanted to talk more than work. Cut the dead weight.
