Happy Home Exteriors was wonderful to work with! They replaced my roof and did an excellent job. The entire crew was professional and polite. The site was cleaned up daily. They even washed the skylights when they were done! Wayne was so helpful getting me started with the insurance claim from the winter storm damage. Bottom Line Up Front: We’re extremely “HAPPY” with the OUTSTANDING professional work that the Happy Home Exteriors’ team provided for us on the two occasions we utilized their services.A hailstorm damaged my mom’s garage roof last year, so we began the process of looking for someone to replace it for her. My mom’s neighbors suggested that we contact the people at Happy Home Exteriors, since they used them to replace the old roof on their home earlier in the year, and had a “HAPPY” experience with the company from start to finish.Taking their suggestion, I contacted Wayne, one of the co-owners of Happy Home Exteriors, and asked him if he would provide me with a free estimate/proposal for replacing my mom’s garage roof. Of all the contractors I contacted - Happy Home Exteriors had the quickest response, the best solution, and offered a reasonable price for the work that she needed to have done. We ended up selecting them - not only to replace my mom’s garage roof, but later in the year, we contacted them again to replace a portion of the roof on our own home, which had been damaged during a snow storm.This past week, I noticed that my mom’s neighbors were using Happy Home Exteriors to do some more work on their home. This time, they’re putting new siding on their house, which appears to be coming along very nicely. Having repeat customers like my mom’s neighbors & us, says something about how satisfied we are with the high-quality professional work that the Happy Home Exteriors' team did for us. We had a unique situation where we live out of state but were helping our Dad put a new roof on his house. Happy Home Exteriors sprung into action accommodating our quick time frame that we were in town to meet with them. After loosing almost half of our back roof during the storm in December I have dealt and spoken with almost 20 different roofing companies around Western NY!! Out of them all only one came to do a estimate but unfortunately couldn't repair my roof until the spring. lots of companies I called either didn't return my call, never showed, or didn't do roofing during the winter. Day after day the water caused more interior damage to our home. I finally found Happy Home Exteriors via recommendation the night we had the heavy rain fall that caused thousands of dollars damage from the attack down to our second and first floors. Wayne the sales Manager whom is also Co Owner came highly recommended and I can't praise him enough. He came right out and quoted the damage and walked me through dealing with our home owners claim. This is our first home so I had a ton of questions since I have never filed a claim before. If you have a emergency and have to file a insurance claim he is your guy!! He was so well versed and patient. After a week of signing the contract the crew came to our rescue and tore off the remaining shingles and had it completed in less than a day!! The production Manager Steve whom is also Co Owner came on time and 100% prepared and made this a breeze!! He answered all of my questions & concerns and the project went seamless! The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I can't praise them enough either. They not only cleaned my gutters but also helped clean up all the shingles that we lost in the storm. Everything went so smoothly and they did a Beautiful job! They treated us like family and we are a forever customer. It's hard to find companies that are knowledgeable, dependable, and honest these days. we plan on having them do the remaining roof this summer as well. Happy Home Exteriors is a company you can TRUST and I highly recommend them! We needed a front-porch roof repair and vinyl siding installed and they did a wonderful job. Easy to work with, great communication (hard to a company that understands how important communication is), and delivers quality work. After both jobs were completed, we had a small issue occur on July 4th with a porch swing. I called them that evening and they said they would be out Monday to fix it. Sure enough, they arrived on Monday and made everything perfect! You can trust Happy Home Exteriors for any project you need and they will give you high quality work at a fair price.
