I got grant from city and had no control over contractors. The concrete guys hired custom mix and they drove over my sidewalk and crushed it. I called custom mix to just get info on why they drove on sidewalk when it wasn’t needed. Guy that answered said it was grant money and I should of done it rite in the first place( it was a grant). And contractor signed a waiver. They were just rude and acted like tough guy on phone. There concrete doesn’t look to be aging very well either.
